I went to Michaels in Valley Stream. The African American young man was very pleasant. But on the other hand where is the Customer Service. No one asked me if I needed help after searching the store for something I couldnt find. The Lady Manager who opened the door as well as the other Manager or district Manager never said hello, I had to speak first. I used to be a manager at a retail store years ago. I look for customer service. There is not to much of that now days.

I browsed the store for associate assistance and could not find anyone available other than the cashiers who were busy with a line of customers. This is not a knock on store appearance or friendliness of staff, I am sure the customer service is excellent, I unfortunately was unable to experience their hospitality. I ended up having to leave without purchasing anything.
