Today was in the pharmacy and because I thought had refills so the employee troy came to help us he said I didnt have any refills I told the lady last week was suppose to send it out to doctors. He didnt want hear it because he was there and know nothing about it he was very rude nasty and lazy if you cant deal with customers and pretend you are nice you are in the wrong job

I went in to pick up a prescription for the second time and there is always confusion about my coverage. Eventually, they figure it out. There are many people working in the pharmacy but they dont appear efficient. I am going back to Shoprite pharmacy in Carmel who are always efficient.
