very helpful and courteous staff. And they offer a 30-day return so if a product doesnt work out-- say your pet wont eat it, or something-- as long as at least half the product is left, you can return it. This has been very helpful while I was working with a couple rescue cats. Staff is always helpful, and if they cant answer your questions, theyll let you know and get someone who can. Also love the donation bin where you can buy stuff and leave it for area rescue groups and shelters.

Almost always open, super friendly seemingly all female staff makes for helpful professional service and time you are there. They have a rescue cat adoption area, many fish and a few small pets for sale (gerbils, guinea pigs, rats ECT) but definitely not the puppy mill type operation. Clean and conveniently located with reasonable prices. Had become my regular stop

Nice well stocked pet supply retailer with small animals like Guinea pigs and birds as well as fish for your aquarium. Lots of cat and dog food and care supplies as well but no cats or dogs for adoption nor purchase. You can save one of these by visiting the animal shelter on verona street.

I come here to buy fish and have always been extremely satisfied by this store! They have a large variety of healthy fish and get new types in all the time. The staff are very friendly and I always love seeing dogs that other people bring into the store

Love this store. The staff is so helpful in carrying items to my car, and always greet me with a smile. Very convenient location. Most important, they price match!! I just show them the Wal-Mart price and I get the savings there.
