Nicole groomed my Lhasa Apso and did an excellent job!! For the first time-- a groomer who listens to the customer. She gave him a cute teddy bear cut. I love this store, the employees are very helpful and love animals. I have a little chocolate poodle. A lovely British woman groomed him and she too did an outstanding job. ( I forgot her name). I HIGHLY recommend using their grooming service. I have tried many places because I dont let my dogs go just anywhere. This by far is the best grooming establishment in the Rochester area.
