I love this store! Yes the products are not the cheapest but the value matches the quality. Employees are definitely not standoffish...they may have actually given me to much information but I retained half of it, so its all good. They have a doggie wash in the store that I am going to take advantage of in the near future. They have local rescue animals in the store available for adoption. They have community events for animals. They have luxury pet items, which you are not going to be able to just pick up anywhere in Hagerstown. If you love your pet and treat them like a part of the family, you will love this store too.

I am new to this pet store but they carry food brands that are not found in other well known stores. The staff are knowledgable and up to date on new merchandise. My dog had an accident in the store and they quickly took care of it saying it happens. They also have a nice selection of wool and alpaca sweaters for dogs. Worth the trip.

Expensive, high end pet stuff. The staff were standoffish, preferring to talk to the woman with an expensive handbag looking for organic diet dog food than to acknowledge us. If you need really specialty food for your dog or cat, its probably here. Otherwise, dont bother unless you look like you have money to burn.

Enjoyed our visit, my dog rode in the cart.. We picked out some chew toys. Reviewed food that was carried. Staff was welcoming & helpful.
