Just went to this location today in the evening, my cashier was Susan who was so extremely unpleasant, rude and was just screaming at me, I will not be back at this location again, although it is conveniently located next to the trader joe, Why do they have such people working for them, Susan seemed like a drunk, bored with her job, simply hating her job and all customers, after she finished with me, she was the same to the next customer Horrible experience, dont go to this location they also put confusing coupon signs on items that are not on sale, and then the cashier will scream at you to read the small print before you buy, and will give you a hard time if you dont want an item, will not accept your coupons either , why do they even e-mail the coupons if they are not accepting them at the store

Compared to other Michaels stores outside of New York, this particular store is very disappointing. The selection is very limited for specific types of crafts--if you knit or scrapbook, youll probably find what you need. For sewers, there is nothing here for you. I also went to buy fabric flowers, and this section was extremely picked over with only a few stems remaining. I thought I just went during a busy day, but the floral section was never restocked on other trips, either.

Excellent customer services. Excellent selection of dye products. Everyone is friendly and highly knowledge of there products. Just one minor feedback customers on line complains too much about the service of the registers when the employees are doing there highly most satisfied service to give the up most excellent customers services too everyone on line. They are helpful and respectful.

I am currently on the phone with this store. I called asking to see if a specific item is in stock. The woman I spoke with didnt listen to what I asked for and after she put me on hold for a minute told me what they had, but nothing about what I wanted. After getting her to listen to the full name of what I wanted she told me to hold, no music just silence for close to 20 minutes.

This particular location normally doesnt let me down and stays relatively clean and organized. (A tough feat if you frequent another Michaels location). I normally go here for yarn and they keep a good selection of their own brand (Loops&Thread), along with Lion Brand. *tip - check bottom bins for additional yarn that may not have been restocked if you cant find your color

Bathrooms have no soap, the workers dont help you at all unless you ask them 5 times, the workers all stay at the cash register gossiping and talking, and the lines are extremely long. I seen bad reviews about this store, but I never believed it till now. Would definitely never recommend this place to anyone. Youre better off going to another Michaels.

The most convenient and best stocked option for arts and crafts supplies in Queens. Besides Michaels, theres also a Staples, Trader Joes and other well known store brands within walking distance. This Michaels offers everything you need for your arts and crafts addiction or project, and the staff is always super nice, friendly and willing to help!

I use to shop here all the time. On a recent trip I stood on line for more than 30 minutes waiting to pay for three items. i am completely unimpressed by Michaels. I am inclined to say that I would go to a store that is more organized and treats their customers better. Prices are good if there is a sale on the item.

Not bad at all, not special, but is very convenient because next door you find Traider Joe and Office Max, bihind you have Home Depot, Panera Bread, 5Guys, in the othe size you have also a car wash and a Wendys..as this is in Queens u get lot of parking

Good amount of items, lots of picture frames and yarn. Also a lot of other items for children. They even have leather working kits. But try not to go during weekend afternoons as it can get very crowded and the check out line can be very long.

I found everything i was looking. They have beautiful fake flowers. Their staff is helpful. Lots of painting supplies and their price is affordable. They was a bit of line at the time of check out. And extra register would be good

Nice store, big with lots of different supplies. I usually go for the yarn section and they always seem to be well stocked. They could use some improvements on their needle sizes, but overall not bad

They dont honor all of the coupons they give you, so whats the point of giving me them if I cant use them? I now go on line as many times as I need to in order to use all my coupons. So annoying.

Shopping for crafting supplies couldnt be easier with the huge selection here. There is almost always coupons available and teachers get discounts. The employee service is hard to find.

I like to go shopping at this store. Usually its quite the store itself is clean organized and decorated at seasons. Lines is moving slow. And parking is a disaster.
