Clean, well organized, large selection. However, when I went to check out, there was only 1 employee at a register. 2 were standing nearby talking. I was 5th in line, and there were many people in line behind me. This was 5:30pm on a Tuesday. The woman at the register was waiting for a price check on something and did not call for a back-up. In the 8 minutes of waiting (I was in a rush and checked my watch) for the price check, 2 customers got out of line and left. The employee never asked for back-up. The two employees chatting nearby continued on their conversation the entire time I was there and never stepped forward to open a register or find other backup.

i WAS ALSO ANOTHER person disappointed when I went to your store to find Nativity Sets, etc....banners...I could find only Santa Claus items.... I then went to the Living Word store nearby and found exactly what I wanted...it was all about Christmas...nativity sets, banners, etc. I was really shocked that you had so much Christmas Santas , reindeers, etc....

I like the store but the employees are not intelligent at all i had ordered a item and when it came in they didnt call me the girl who answered the phone said if they havent called you it didnt come in so i asked to speak to someone else after being passed around to 3 different people I found out they put it on the shelf for sale. Wheres your brains??!!

I rated it a 4 , I love the crafts, household decor, and sales, you have wonderful sales. But...as for customer service, I hope for some improvement, you may want to take surveys and see just how customers feel about the service provided. Still a fan, love your merchandise

Every employee was pregnant and they said they couldnt help it is because their employer required babies. Lots and lots of babies. The catch though, is that the employer also bitches about welfare and paying for unplanned babies. Pretty hostile place!

It is ok but way over priced for the quality of stuff they sell. The few things I have bought there were on sale. I would never pay full price and the stuff has to be at least 30% or more off the original prices.

I love hobby lobby they have some great deals and sales not to mention the clerks are always very helpful the store is always nice and clean love this place so much there flower and wedding displays are beautiful.

You need to make sure your employees know the sales. I was just in and didnt buy the buoy outdoor lights for my camp due to them claiming they werent on sale. When clearly they were with the other stuff marked .
