Amazing customer service, Eve is amazing!!!!!She was so kind and patient and honestly made my day. You guys HAVE to keep her around, I have been to several Michaels locations and the employees are usually so cold and uncaring but Eve isnt. Great selection and now is my favorite Micheals location.

Lots of great art supplies. Do be aware though that this store is on the second floor of this shopping complex in the very back of the parking lot from the ramp. A bit hard to find if you dont know that. Worth the look though!

I LIKE THE PORT CHESTER LOCATION A LOT. THE YARN SELECTION IS LARGE, WITH VARIOUS SELECTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. HOWEVER, THE MALLS ELEVATOR STAYS BROKEN, AND OF COURSE, MICHAELS IS ON THE SECOND LEVEL.

They recently rearranged the whole store. Now it is even harder to find what you want. In many cases, related items like spray glue and poster boards are in opposite sides of the store...

The store is on top of a parking garage. A weird spot, but a well stocked and staffed store.
