I am compelled to write this review. The employees in this place are so rude!!my first time going was three weeks ago with my grandmother. They were so disrespectful and rude it almost made me cry. They couldnt tell us where grommets were. They wouldnt help us look and online I seen they had them in-stock ! Again I tried today and I have to say, I will never come back again. I had to bite my tongue and leave. I went in for a fabric patch, seen it online they had them in stock. I looked once, went to the cashier, she called someone, they have them in stock but then tells me " we are still unloading a truck from monday" then looks at me and says " I would go look again, but I cant help you" OK I get it. You cant leave the register unoccupied, but cant you just phone someone over to help me? People you had only about 5 customers in the store and about 5 workers I seen. I went over again and looked. I couldnt figure it out, the wall of patches were a mess, nothing made sense as far as hanging them in chronicle order or whatever. So I go back to cashier, I beg her to ask someone to help me. Now there is another cashier next to her and she looks over and says " yeah if we have them they might be in the back I still have three boxes to unpack I can hold them for you but cant guarantee that they are there". People what the hell, you arent running a rocket ship. This service is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Im a nice person, Im caring and friendly. I work as well, and I understand that unloading is a process but the way they handled this AGAIN is so disappointing. I wanted to just scream someone help me because no one would. The attitude was horrible! Mean and miserable people working here. Who manages this place? Seriously I dont get why I couldnt get what I came for for the SECOND TIME. Something also occurred to me. You have a floor inventory which is usually what is listed online and then back inventory that hasnt been counted in yet. So those patches had to be somewhere but no one knew or could atleast take a minute to just look with me. I have my son with me who is only 1.5 so I was trying my hardest to look but needed help. God I cant stress this enough, save yourself time and aggravation, find another store to go to. Please people DONT go here. I hope something changes in this store as far as management and employees.

Unfortunate changes were made at my local Jo-Ann. I carried my squirmy toddler in with me and found that they have locked up all of their shopping carts. You can use them if you have a quarter to deposit, which I did not, I dont typically carry cash or change most of the time. This doesnt seem like a big deal, but when you are attempting to run errands with a small child you do tend to need the use of a cart. The changes made negatively impact the customer experience. The employees cant take the time to collect a few carts from around the store or the parking lot? I should have followed suit when the woman walking in front of me (headed toward Jo-Ann) grabbed a cart from the liquor store and brought it into Jo-Ann.

This location is not one of the larger Jo-Anns stores, so the selection is limited, especially in the floral and jewelry supply areas. They seem to have a decent supply of fabrics, but nothing close to what the Jo-Ann "superstores" carry. Customer service is inconsistent. Some employees are helpful, others seem to be irritated that they are working with the public. You never know what you will encounter here. Always bring coupons when shopping here; you can sign up online for weekly emails which always include coupons. They also accept competitors coupons. I shop here when I am in the area, but I wouldnt go out of my way to visit this location.

I prefer not to write negative reviews, but this JoAnns is the worst! I frequent it often because there arent other discount fabric stores around. With the exception of 2 employees, the staff is rude and not very helpful. It is not well stocked!! I have been there 7-8 times in the last 2 months and still have not been able to get the zipper I am looking for in the specific color and size. When questioned they just say they receive shipments weekly.... Just found out that they are privately owned and, therefore, wouldnt exchange a JoAnns online purchase! Do yourself a favor and try and find another fabric store.

The customer service is hit or miss and the aisles are not stroller friendly. Cluttered and tough to maneuver. The lines are often long and Ive never seen more than 2 cashiers helping to ring. The worst part is the lack of changing table, prompting me to leave my cart and head to nearby ShopRite or Panera to change my baby. Overall, a terrible experience shopping with my kids. Will not return.

I am a frequent shopper in this store. I am not sure why people have had such poor experiences at this store. Every time I shop here the managers and employees go out of their way to help me find what I need.

On a recent visit the Brookfield Jo-Anns was well stocked and I was able to find everything. Staff stopped by twice to ask if I needed help. Very friendly and professional.
