Avoid this place. As others have said, customer service is non-existent. I ordered prescription glasses March 3rd. I went to pick up my new prescription Mar 12 and tried them on in the store. Immediately, I noticed something wasnt quite right. My vision was worse with the glasses than without. Lady in the counter insisted that I "adjust" to the prescription for 2 weeks before coming back. To top it off, they didnt even try to help with making sure that the frames I picked fit properly. All they care about is making a sale and sending customers out the door. After 5 days, Mar 17, I couldnt take it anymore so I went to my eye doctor to confirm my prescription. Doctor performed eye tests on me again and my eyes still the same. So then they verify my prescription lenses and discover the wrong lenses were installed over the left eye. Basically, right eye was near-sighted while the left-eye was far sighted. Good thing I didnt force myself 2 weeks to "adapt" as the employee insisted. I go back to this store directly after my doctor visit and luckily technician was there. Technician confirmed the wrong lenses were installed. So now they tell me they have to send my glasses back to the lab to get re-done. I have to wait another week before getting it back. Or so Im told. After all that, they were just sending me out of the store without some ticket, receipt as proof of my product remediation. Luckily I went with my gut and asked for a receipt. Technician reaches under the counter, takes a blank receipt and pulls the customer copy then hands over to me. WHATS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE? Blank ticket stub. Fine, at this point its better than nothing and I leave. I wait patiently wait after 11 days and decided to call Mar 28. I speak to someone on the phone about my glasses and I give them my name. Notice that they didnt ask for my ticket stub. They put me on hold for 2 mins, then tells me they dont know the status of my glasses. They have to "trace" my glasses and call me back. I was charged $488 for prescription glasses that I do not have. It will be almost a month since I originally ordered. THEY HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY AFTER A MONTH. I have no other choice but to ask for a full refund before my time runs out and take my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Have been going there for years solely because they accepted my insurance plan. After my last visit today I am thoroughly annoyed and wont be back. I came in yesterday to see what could be done with my sons glasses since we purchased them 5 months ago and the protective coating is already coming off making them look 5 years old as opposed to the 5 months. When i came in I was told they couldnt find his file and that they would look for it. At that point about 10 new customers came in. Being the sales people that they are my issue was pushed to the side and I was left to wait over 30 min - after which I got up and left my information and was told to call back when they were less busy. So instead I go back today assuming my file should be found by now seeing as its over 24 hours only to find out no one has looked for the file. After i became visibly annoyed they took the time to do a simple computer search to tell me that we did purchase these glasses in march(5 months ago). But the lenses are only warrantied for 30 day?! What??? I paid an additional 25 dollars at the time of purchase for warranty. (Enter the salesman effect) He stated I was was eligible under my plan to purchase new glasses. What?! I dont want and shouldnt have to purchase new glasses after 5 months. Thats inexcusable and the lens clearly have a defect. I asked if he was telling me that I need to purchase glasses every 5 months? He said no but you prob cleaned the glasses with a t shirt. No way. Tshirt or not. Glasses dont look like this after 5 months. All that to say I most definitely will not be back!

Very poor, unorganized service, the ladies at the counter are rude, loud and obnoxiuos, there is always a long wait, and its a crap shot whether the technician will be in to do a routine service, more than once we have had to go to perle vision where they gladly helped us, and twice, they didnt even charge us! At Ultimate Specticle on the other hand, while tightening the glasses, they stripped my sons glasses, my husband needed fairly expensive Crizal lenses replaced under warranty, the lady who took the order over the phone never actually placed the order, 2 weeks later, after my husband called, he was told that an order was never placed, he then placed the order again and waited over a month before calling again, this time they say that they called....but there was never any message left on our voice mail, you pay top dollar for shoddy servive. At least when Alex was working, he knew what he was doing and always took a lot of pride in his work, I wish that we could say the same for the current staff. I highly recommend that you get glasses or contacts somewhere else.

After reading the reviews, I can assure you they are absolutely correct. This was the most horrible experience Ive EVER had trying to order a pair of glasses. Lenscrafters offered a pair of Rayban frames for $169.00 versus their $400.00 price tag. They claimed they would price match the frames, which only goes to show that they are overcharging for their products. After waiting for an hour and a half to simply order frames (I had my script already and the SKU number for the frames so no work on their end was required to "sell me") I then received a call to tell me she couldnt price match and it would cost me an additional $100.00. The price doesnt even match their cost less my insurance providers coverage. Christine was unprofessional and addressed 5 different customers in the middle of assisting me, in addition to the actual DOCTOR interrupting us 2-3 other times with customer information. I would highly suggest you choose ANY other place to go to for your service needs.

Manager is very rude and lies i called to have my records sent to me owner said he would send them out after a week of waiting I called back manger said she would fax them directly to my Dr called my Dr never got them called ultimate spectical again said she would fax again once again never sent after all this is called and said since you can not seem to mail them or fax as promised I will be there to pick them up this afternoon finally this women admits they lost my file so after lying to me numerous times and then losing my file I will never be returning to this place. She also likes to blame other co workers for her mistakes because she told me another employee lost them and mentioned her name very very unprofessional and never apologies either. Awful dont go . Dr is nice but because of staff wont return. .

I would highly recommend that you DO NOT go to this place for any reason. I am not sure how the doctors are, but the staff is so incompetent and rude. They assume you are wrong with medical coverage and wont even attempt to call insurance company even though I requested the woman behind the counter to do so. She would not make one phone call, which would have shown the error in the system and could have been corrected immediately. I told her that I was not going in for the exam and paying for it when I am entitled to a free exam. This particular counter person - KNEW IT ALL and was not budging. She allowed me to cancel and had an attitude when doing so. Like I said I cant evaluate the doctor(s) because you cant get through the unprofessional people at the counter.
