My husband ordered the deal of the day off their website for $49.99 plus a balloon. Their website says free delivery, so the total was $60. However, the arrangement had four roses, a lily stem, and the rest were cheap leaves/fillers. I politely called them to say we were disappointed and the lady told me that because Cos Cob has a delivery fee of $18 that the florist discounted our arrangement by this amount, so we really got an arrangement worth $32!!! Unreal. Never using them again. She did say that she would swap out the arrangement, but at that point I was quite upset over how they discounted the arrangement without telling us.

Requested carnations for my sisters funeral and received every other flower. Asked for white and purple., received multi color with NO purple. The sash that says "sister" was hanging and I had to secure it with a pin. It was small and ugly. I was willing to pay up to $300 dollars and got an arrangement worth $225. Why in a time of grief do people not listen and assist the family? I cant go back and get the flowers I requested and now my sister is forever gone. Quality and service has gone in the toilet in past few years.

A+! Ive had flowers delivered from here twice - both simple arrangements and larger arrangements. Both times the price was extremely reasonable, the quality was fantastic, and the response was exactly what you would want from a delivery of unexpected flowers. Also, the flowers themselves lasted for a long time according to the recipient. I would highly recommend this florist to anyone needing flowers delivered in the area; they are very fast and respond to specific requests as well.

The floral arrangements I bought here were top quality. The bouquets lasted for over a week. Roses never wilted. I also buy seasonal annuals there and they are of excellent quality. They accept returns in original condition and within a couple of days . I highly recommend the store
