NEVER BUY ANYTHING from this florist. My daughters boyfriend bought her a $55 corsage for the John Jay Junior Prom last Saturday. Every rose but two fell off!!! The first one within fifteen minutes. We had to glue gun two back on and as the night progressed the others fell off. Also the flowers were so poorly attached to the bracelet that we had to use twist ties to keep it on. When the boyfriendss mother tried to return it the florist refused to either make a new one or refund the money. NEVER, EVER GO TO THIS SHOP!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!

AMAZING FLOWERS, AMAZING STAFF Dear Rodier, Mary, you created wonderful center pieces for the Hospice Breakfast. Your special touch of having babys breath over the blanched pumpkins was so unique~The snow was on the pumpkin!! Everyone at the breakfast very quickly checked under their saucers to see who took one centerpiece home! We know you do this for Hospice at great personal expense and we appreciate this more than we can say! These centerpieces have become a signature of our breakfast! Thank you so much! Patricia C. I was extremely disappointed at the presentation bouquet I purchased yesterday. I have, for several years, purchased bouquets for my grandchildrens performances at Rodier and with each purchase the bouquets became smaller and the price higher. Yesterday, including tax, I spent $58 for a large hydrangea, some baby roses and some shasta daisies. A friend recently told me that her bouquet was misquoted and small ... I will never shop here again....

I can only hope their pretty arrangements make up for their lack of customer service. They will not deliver an arrangement if they are not familiar with the address. I called from out-of-town for a delivery and because they did not know the address (and were unwilling or unable to look it up) they refused to deliver an arrangement. For the record their competitor delivered a beautiful arrangement the same day.

I DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE STAYS OPEN?! MY MOTHER ALWAYS HAVE HAD WILTED ARRANGEMENTS SENT TO HER AND NOW I HAVE ALSO RECEIVED AN AWFUL ARRANGEMENT FROM RODIER! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! STOP AND SHOP GROCERY STORE FLOWERS ARE MUCH MORE FRESHER!

Absolutely beautiful centerpieces @ my sisters wedding. The piece at the entrance way to the event was particularly beautiful and unique. A great choice for any occasion!
