Recently I had an engagement party in which this florist came highly recommended. I blindly trusted the advice & placed the order for the floral arrangements. I had asked for an elegant summer floral bouquet with different color roses and no carnations to be included. Also, asked the gentleman to make me a sample several times, he said "dont worry I know what Im doing .... Ill make them look beautiful". I went the day before the event just to make sure he knew what I wanted & to my surprise he was almost done making my arrangements... A whole day before? I was completely disappointed & upset... the floral arrangements looked very cheap & fall season (Halloween/Thanksgiving)...the bouquet had red carnations, sunflowers, daisies, some red cranberry looking accent. At that point I wasnt going to fuss about it. I learned my lesson & recommend anyone going to this florists should insist on seeing a sample before hand just to make sure its exactly what your looking for. Its clear that he designs the arrangements as per his own taste not at all incorporating any of the clients request/s. They need to work on understanding there clients better & incorporating what they want so that the client is content with the end result. Although the party was a complete success. I felt that it could have been better had the arrangements been exactly what I had requested.

The owner/manager of this store is incredibly NASTY. I tried to have flowers sent to my friend who was in the hospital so I google a florist near LIJ and after i gave him my credit card i asked him if he could let me know when they were received. He said "I dont have time for this" and hung up. I called back shocked and he told me to get a "FREAKING LIFE" and the flower arrangement I ordered was cheap anyway. He called me back and told me to never call back again and that I didnt want him to get nasty on me. All i wanted to know was when they would be delivered. This was the worst service and one of the rudest people I have ever encountered and the flowers were never delivered and he did not credit back my account!

this was the first retail florist that came up with google so I called and wanted to send a small funeral piece. I was promptly told that they start at $65 and when I asked if there was anything smaller I was told to "HAVE A NICE DAY!" I was dumbfounded... what a poor way to run a business. By the way, the next one one the list that I called was very polite, helpful and did send one for $35!

I bought a bouquet for my wife for our anniversary, and she loved it. Shes been using another florist in this area for her business-related floral needs, but might switch to this one. Small shop with excellent quality, a little pricey but not too bad. Great quality so worth it. Thanks!

I am an event planner and I spoke with the owner and he was so rude and unprofessional I was trying to get pricing for a client and he cut me off and said no and the hung up. I would never use them for my clients.
