After purchasing the Deluxe Classic All White bouquet as a gift for my mother for Valentines Day, I had to call the customer service center after they delivered a small crappy bunch of daisies and cheap carnations. 80 bucks for 3 roses and cheap florist filler?? I spoke with some guy who called himself Chris (hello? this Peggy?) in their Philippino call center who refused my requests to speak with a supervisor after he repeatedly told me that they would not issue a refund, and would only send the same bouquet from the same florist and that the new one would probably not make it by Valentines Day unless I paid an additional fee.Like I wanted to pay more money for the same crappy daisy and carnation bouquet they sent the first time. This took a mere 90 minutes. I called the corporate office and was transferred to a priority line-guess where-the Philippines. After yet more time on the phone, the supervisor finally agreed to at least try and find another florist and try to get them there by Valentines Day. 1800flowers guarantees 100% smiles? WTF. Maybe they should rename themselves 1800crap4you.

I needed last minute roses but it was already late. I figured they were closed but I drove by and saw employees inside. It was closed but I knocked on the door and asked if they could sell me a dozen roses. With no hesitation they helped a brother out. They were so friendly and they didnt look bothered at all. Lily who helped me out told me it was no problem, was very helpful and engaging. The roses came out quickly and they were beautiful. Very easy and stress free I thought I would have to drive all over the place looking for flowers. They exemplified customer service. i would do business with them anytime

Delivered wrong flowers, then said couldnt correct till AFTER Mothers Day. Called 1-800-Flowers and screamed till they said they would correct it. NO ONE called me to tell me the order was going to be different, no balloon, wrong flowers, wrong color, everything was wrong, but were going to charge me for original order anyway. MY MOTHER had to tell me everything was wrong. Dont EVER use these people!! STEER CLEAR!!
