A lady with an accent JUST answered the phone. She was not helpful and absolutely rude on the phone. All I wanted to do was to confirm my order for delivery. I called and said "Im calling to see if an order I placed to be delivered is being delivered today." A simple "Yes, let me check that for you" would have been nice. (As I have been waiting all day without even showering!! LOL) Instead she sarcastically replied "If you placed an order to be delivered today, it will be delivered today!" (Even a huge retail 1800flowers has made mistakes in the past) I told her that she didnt have to sound so snotty, she responded with "Im not being snotty, Im answering your question." I have never been spoken to like that from a store clerk. She could have just simply checked to see if what I paid for was on its way..... There are so many other E.A in the surrounding neighborhood. Dont go to this one. We, as paying customers deserve good customer service.

Im for one to help out black businesses, and friends know this! This was absurd, I wanted my money back she denied me! So, I ordered from Rockville Centre. Not only did it get there before the original order, the woman there gave me the number to get money back! Not even with a star!

HORRIBLE SERVICE... DO NOT ORDER DURING MAJOR HOLIDAYS!!! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEM WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FOR THE RECIPIENT TO ENJOY THE DAY. DELIVERY TIMES CAN BE AS LATE 9PM AND USUALLY WILL COME IN THE EVENING WHEN OCCASION IS PRETTY MUCH OVER....

THIS WILL BE LAST TIME I ORDER. THEY NEVER SEND THE ORDER FOR THE BIRTHDAY PERSON ON TOP OF THAT THEY COULDNT CALL ME TO VERIFIED IF ANYTHING WAS WRONG VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
