Went to Caroles after the poor treatment I received from Westbury Florist. Carole was wonderful!!! She had exactly the flowers I wanted for the corsage and boutonierre and was able to customize the flowers as I wanted. Carole also honored the price I was quoted at the other florist. A great experience overall. I would recommend Carol for all your floral needs. I was treated with respect and courtesy.

ORDERED FLOWERS FROM HERE AND HAD TROUBLE WITH THEM ONCE DELIVERED. CALLED TO SPEAK WITH OWNER FOR RESOLUTION AND WAS APPAULED BY THE ARROGANCE IN HIS VOICE. I HAVE LIVED IN THE TOWN OF WESTBURY FOR MY WHOLE LIFE AND NEVER EXPECTED TO BE TREATED IN THIS MANNER. IN THE END, DID NOTHING ABOUT MY FLOWERS. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT!

I needed a funeral spray for a wake and called Flowers by Carole. Diane took the order and promised it would be beautiful and plentiful. The flowers were delivered hours later and she was absolutely correct. They were truly the nicest flowers in the room. I was totally pleased and will call the shop again in the future for my floral needs. Well done!
