Horrible. Our daughter (in Michigan) sent two dozen roses to her mother (North Carolina) the Thursday before Mothers Day. When they arrived, they were mediocre (at best) and dead (despite best efforts) in two days. After calling on 05/14 and 05/15 to attempt to resolve the issue - after being told two separate delivery dates, by the same person for both calls, who was already difficult to understand (barely had mastery of English) - there is no way on Gods green Earth that we can recommend, in any way shape or form, the services of this corporation. They feigned both times (the second time we had to press her for a confirmation number) to rectify the situation, most probably in an effort to make us go away.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Check their Facebook page which is full of bad reviews. They act as though they are very customer service oriented and apologize. Do not be fooled! Just read the reviews and see all of the unresolved issues. It is simply not okay to upset people so routinely and taint special occasions. STAY AWAY! Check Google and find a local florist and call them directly. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment 1-800-Flowers routinely causes its customers!

Ive ordered from the Carle Place florist multiple times and have been happy every time. The floral designers are great and will create almost anything you can imagine. Even if I want to change up an arrangement on the website to fit a certain budget or something specific I want (like my friend who loves peonies) they are super flexible and willing to help. The flowers are fresh and I can always find a great gift (and really fun cards) for anyone Im looking for.

Very excited about having a florist right near my office! I have to admit, i was worried at first that they would have just cookie cutter arrangements in the shop, but they were able to customize the most amazing centerpiece for Christmas that really wowed all our guests. Staff is delightful, selection is approrpriate and they always are able to give me what I want!

Worst company for delivering flowers. I have ordered flowers for valentines day and paid extra for guaranteed delivery. As of today no flowers were delivered. Called customer service and they are hopeless. They mentioned flowers will be delivered tomorrow. I am not sure how this company is in business delivering flowers. This rating is not worth 1 star.

Such a friendly, welcoming staff! I walked in not knowing what to give my mother for the holiday and Lauren was able to make a custom-made centerpiece. It was the center of attraction at the holiday party. Great service, top quality and I highly recommend this store if youre in need of gift ideas for loved ones or friends!

Lauren and John there will stop what they are doing to help you find or create the bouquet you will love giving to your family or friends. I go there often and also walk away happy. Its my favorite flower shop of all time. Its my wifes, too.

Never even knew there was a flower shop right across the street from The Roosevelt Field Mall, but this was a great find! I got flowers on sale for my Great Aunts 92nd birthday and they were gorgeous!
