Went to Marshall Shoe Shop in Ossining, NY today and saw a pair of Ivanka Trump boots under the dollar amount sign $79.99. When i got to the cash register they rang up as $99.99 or $103.00 with tax. I pointed to where I got the boots and told her that the sign said that the boots were $79.99. The cashier went to where the boots were located then came back to the register and said that I was correct, the boots were in fact $79.99 but that she needed a manager to input the correct price in the register. After paging the manager several times with no response we asked if someone could go and look for her. When the manager got to the register she asked where the boots in question were. I pointed to the sign and the 20 or so boxes under the sign. She took the sign down and brought the display boot over and told me that the sign was incorrect, that someone had put the "wrong price" on sign and they would not honor the price advertised. Needless to say, i did not buy the boots and left very upset and disappointed at the total lack of customer service and professionalism. I will never again go to that Marshalls Shoe Shop for anything! They were rude and quite frankly should have given me the boots for the price that was on the sign like any other company would have done. #Marshalls Shoe Store in Ossining, NY Sucks #Dont go #A little customer service goes a long way!!

I stop today 09/01/16 to switch my daughters shoes from size 11 to 12. Keep in mind that when i purchased the shoes i pay with my husbands credit card and no ID was required. The cashier told me to go ahead and look for the right size. Which i did, as i approach the register this male cashier told me to pay at his register. I explained about the switch and immidiatly request and ID. I had recently travel and lost my NY driver license. But had my passport with me. I give it to him and he said, "I need a US ID" and i said to him this is a U.S. ID!! And even the other cashier said to him that that was a valid ID. But he was so blind by hatred that deny that #uspassport was a valid ID. He was just extremely rude, I was discriminated for being Hispanic. This guy just loud and clear claim my ID was not a US ID. In front of the other costumers. The lack of costumer service is clearly an issue at this place. To purchase no ID, to switch A US ID #uspassportnotvalidID #marshallsOssiningnogood #marshallsracist I will highly recommend #DSWbest #moheganlake. My experience there was totally different. They are helpful, always a pleasant smile. So much better and the prices are not so different from #ossiningmarshallshame

I love this store. I drive all the way up from the city just for the shopping experience. Everything is always in order and not thrown all over the place and you can actually find your sizes. I appreciate the staff at this location because they are very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

Never shopped Marshalls before. Will definitely be back when it isnt a holiday season. It was very crowded and very messy and disorganized
