I tried to return a defective bag but the return policy is so draconian that they wouldnt take it and wouldnt provide store credit. The product was like new except for the handle which snapped. The bag was not abused. I had a receipt but the manager could nor find a match for it. Considering what a mess Marshalls usually is in how can they expect anything in their system to match. I will think twice before shopping here again.

Basic Marshalls store, but not one of their larger stores. Always kind of on the sloppy side, especially in their shoe department. If youre looking for a large selection youre better off going to one of its other stores. Also there is a TJ Maxx about 1 mile north on Long Beach Road in a strip mall on the east side of the road. It is smaller than the Marshalls but is much better kept and usually has a better selection.
