One specific employee whom I wont publicly say, almost tricked my girlfriend and I into signing up for their "rewards card" which turned out to be a CREDIT CARD. The employee never specified it was until she asked for my social security then got upset at me and kept saying "theres no going back youre too far in". She thought I couldnt cancel the process until I clicked the "CANCEL" button on the number pad and it stopped. She then gave a sarcastic remark at us. Is this how the employees there are trained? Absolutely disgusting. I cannot recommend coming back or stepping foot into this Old Navy. Dont shop here.

Good quality and excellent discounts. The free WiFi makes it easy to compare. Friendly staff. Fitting rooms need a little bit more maintenance, big population of dust bunnies

Like many Old Navy stores Ive visited, this one is a little messy and the lines tend to be long. Customer service is fair at the register and good on the floor.
