I just dont understand the companys rules. Bought a hoodie for a full price half an hour ago but forgot to use the discount as a club member, when I was back to the store and asked for help the cashier said I cant use the discount anymore. AND the way how he treats me is totally different from when I was buying it. NOBODY helped me to figure out so I had to return my favorite Cali hoodie even I really wanna get it. Its so stupid to send us coupons and turns out its all our fault if we forget to use it. Im so pissed off, not only giving up my stuff without help, but also being treated badly! Ashamed now being a club member.

I had the worse experience here with the manager, i bought a pair of jeans and my zipper broke in 3 weeks, went back to get it exchanged and the manager refused to exchange them on asking him the reason he told me sometimes over weught people buy smaller sizes when i am no where fat or even bulky, i asked my brother to record this and he left the till and charged at us and tried snatching the phone away from my brothers hand managers name was Jason

I love this mall it has everything i live in queens so it take me a while to come to this hollister but its worth it cuase i hate shopping online cuase i dont like waiting on things so yea i may warn you that there are not many sales and it busy but it worth it :)))
