I live in NYC and this is by far my favorite Nordstrom as well as department store. I call in my orders often and when I am in Long Island I Always do tons of Shopping there.. Kat the manager in shoes is very professional and takes care of all problems you might have as well as being so professional. Brandon sells shoes and has the patience of a Saint! The Shoe department is to Die for!!! It has the best collection Ive ever seen. And the shoe department is so beautiful as well. I love that Prada opened a store there.. The place has some good finds some prices are comparable to online marketplaces but sometimes you can find a pair of shoes that no place seems to have but you really have to search for it the exception is when they have some clearance items and 25 percent off you can occasionally find a real bargain cell phone service there is abysmal so thats why I took off one star.

I was in the dressing room and i was waiting for the ladies to give me a number and they saw me but ignored me. Then when i came out this woman said "she went in there and didnt have a number". She began to complain but i told her that i had no other choice but to walk in. She is so rude.
