Its Marshalls. Its not Nordstroms, its not Saks.Some locations are better than others; anywhere outside of NYC where people arent just slobs lol. Their prices are great because they dont spend money on other things (alas, like salaries, so when the service is less than great Im not a complainer I know how that goes) I always find something great whether it be for home or my boys. The layaway option is a godsend. Doesnt break my budget, and at Christmas I just waltz in, pick it up avoid the lines. As an avid shopper Ive seen stuff from Anthropologie, Macys, Coach, Dooney at more than 75% off (and yes sometimes its out of style or has a small defect) In sum, theres a reason why TJX enterprises (owns Marshalls, TJMAXX and Home Goods) are leaving other retailers in the dust (RIP Daffys!) Its the merchandise. Updating on 5/14/2017 to say while I understand the cutomer paying now is more important than the customer paying later, waiting 1.5 hours in the layaway line is absurd. One cashier and shes the one also looking for the items. Dont offer the service if you dont intend to do it properly.

I previously reviewed this place before, but I feel the need to write another review simply because of my strong opinions towards this Marshalls location. For years now, this location has remained one of the worst Marshalls I have had to attend. The merchandise is always out of place, especially the area that holds shoes on sale, or any sale section in general. A lot of the times, products have been opened and tested, or even completely taken from their original boxes. As if the constant mess wasnt enough, the employees are another reason to leave this store unsatisfied. They are the slowest, most unattentive sets of employees I have ever come across. Despite new faces coming in throughout the years, only one out of the many has shown anything close to being friendly. Everybody else just enjoys to take their time while an uncomfortably long and dreadful line continues to grow, and customers grow more upset. It is a complete displeasure knowing that I have to pay for merchandise at this store, because when I happen to find something of interest, I am facing at least a 30min wait to pay.

This Marshall store is pretty nice. Items are always all over the place and floor or maybe it is during the times i choose to go. One night 2 hours before closing i watched a guy get a carry on bag off the shelf and fill it up with mens items. He walked to the door and the alarm goes off, Sales associates are right there, manager behind the counter along with cashiers and they all look but tell him " Its okay just go" Unbelievable !!! When told he shop lifted and other shoppers spoke up that saw him they just shrugged their shoulders saying "oh okay well he gone now ". Also the long wait on line to pay for items is ridiculous and consistent. Havent went back since.

Well found a very nice pair of Red Tape shoes for 30 bucks, Fossil wallet & Card holder for 10 & 14$, Ghirardellis assorted pack almost 60 Oz for 11$, still looking for some good forks & knives. Great Store for brand shopping. Marshalls never disappoints weather you go for gift shopping or buying personal stuff. More so when Im looking foe some imported handicraft or gourmet coffee & chocolate. Good shoe, soaps, make up & above all clothes. Get the best of brand value & honestly, try coming at least with a couple of hours worth of free time as thisll be an Interesting tour.

Because of its small size as a department store, they dont do layaways on HOME goods, like bag comforters or towels, bed sheets, things of this nature. I was waiting on line for almost an hour and I wasnt told about this till it was my turn at the checkout. YES, my daughter asked if they did layaways, they answered yes, thats it...

No A/C, restrooms out of order, 30minutes plus wait in cashier lines. I was disappointed, embarrased, and left overwhelmed for the employees. Is this a great representation of the Marshalls brand? Is it always like this at this location? DIRTY, HOT, DISORGANIZED.

Its hard to find a product in another size considering the mess. The lotions are always opened and messy. And it seems like they no longer have anything good. On the other hand, the staff is very nice and helpful and the prices are very good.

Could be better. Marshalls has a reputation of having a lack of quantity of items in stock especially desirable clothes in average sizes. Marshalls should seek to obtain better merchandise and to keep the store organized and tidy.

This Marshalls is always so messy and disorganized. I go here sometimes because its not too far for me but you never can find anything. Ive gone early in the morning and that doesnt make a difference in how disorganized it is.

This location was unorganized, several staff could not answer questions about the last policy and never offered to find out the answer. I shop multiple Marshall and TJMaxx and always find this location a disappointment.

This Place is HORRIBLE!!!....No customer SVC...watsoever!! Ppl are Rude..the manger(young black guy)..Disrespectful and Rude!!!Lines are always long..and cashiers are slow and lazy..typical for a black neighborhood!!!

Getting run down. Looked like a disorganized mess, clothes and racks everywhere, clothes in wrong rack, I.e. Sale item not on sale although many articles in different sizes in wrong rack. Cashier was slow and rude.

Lot of cheap clothes and home goods. They try to organize what they can, but you will need to do some digging if you are looking for something specific. Lines can be long, but usually moves at a averaged pace.
