The store is always extremely disorganized and haphazardly arranged, staff are minimally helpful and when they cant explain rationale behind things they say annoying phrases such as "I understand" (accompanied by pseudo sad face) and "its not that I dont want to help you, I just cant" (this was when I had stupidly ordered online from old navy and tried to return the extremely poor quality merchandise at the store). Speaking of online, no one at the store or at 1(800) OLD NAVY (which the store manager referred me to) could tell me what their actual return policy is for online items, and of course it was not written on the invoice slip that came with the merchandise. The store manager (who had been obnoxiously yelling across the store to find out when people had taken breaks etc) said they dont accept returns at the store because "we want to limit the number of online items in the store" which basically admits that she too realizes their online items are crap. Anyways regardless I think Old navy used to be a great place to get tees or workout clothes etc but lately Ive been progressively more disillusioned with the poor quality of their customer service and the actual shopping experience. If you have to go to Old Navy, I would recommend the one in Westbury or Broadway mall - much cleaner, more knowledgeable staff and more organized.

they had a makeup over very recently but the organization is so much worse than before. before i knew what section held what but now evevrything looks like one large mess with no distinct sections. ill be shopping online more i guess

The store has gotten smaller but its much better looking now than it was before. It can get messy at times, but the people working there are always on their toes trying to fix it. Ive never had a problem shopping here.

Its getting a well needed makeover. I recently went in, and I have to admit they have made some nice progress. The lighting is better and more abundant, and the various sections were more full and vibrant than usual.

Theres so much clothing stuff onto the racks, its hard to find things, very disorganized. I miss the layout of the store before the renovation.
