IF WE COULD HAVE GIVEN THIS STAPLES STORE AND ALL THE OTHER STAPLES STORES A MINUS STAR REVIEW WE WOULD. THEY ARE THE MUST UN-HELPFUL COMPANY EVER. WE EVEN TRIED TO CONTACT THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND THE RECORDING CAME ON: "SHOT US AN EMAIL" AND WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU...WHO SAYS "SHOT US AN EMAIL" NO REALLY...WHAT TYPE OF A COMPANY IS THIS. I JUST CALLED BACK AFTER WRITING THE REVIEW ABOVE AND WHEN THE YOUNG LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE SHE SAID "CALL US BACK LATER WE ARE KIND OF BUSY RIGHT NOW" I WAS SHOCKED AND ASKED HER TO REPEAT WHAT SHE HAD JUST SAID AND SHE AGAIN SAID " CALL US BACK LATER WE ARE KIND OF BUSY RIGHT NOW"!!! I ALSO INDICATED 1 STAR HATED IT AND THE SYSTEM CHANGED IT TO 2.5 STARS...WHAT KIND OF B/S IS THIS!!!???? A BUNCH OF JERKS!!!!

Ive went to all the Staples in Nassau or practically many of them, which I always felt like a shopper but I dont rely on the staff. Too many customers should have an idea of what they are looking for especially stores like Staples. The reason why is well we live in the digital cyber Info age. To ask for all your questions to get precise answers and get people on phones promptly thats 20th century thinking. I know shopping is a total open experience and yes there are wait times. Should you really complain people or should I look for a time machine and show you the Staples in time. Time will tell but you must tell as the customer yes, unanimous vote wins!

horrible store! If I could give 0 stars I would. Employees were extremely rude and reluctant on helping when asked a question. they have 0 information on their products and every single employee In the store just simply did not want to be there. I will NEVER come back to this extremely ghetto establishment; Id much rather take my money else where.

Its laying well and the employee around the store is helpful except for the cashier, which didnt get me the discount that Im entitled to also my rewards points.At the end I ended up going to the service desk and have to had the transaction redo all over again, spending another 20 minutes more and saving $12,

Never print something from this place if it is time sensitive. They will always have problems with thier machines or tell you the wrong finish date. If you order for something to be printed in store they will most likely have it shipped and will take longer to get to the location than due date.

OMG! What a horrible place. Called three times and was left on hold for over 18 minutes on each call! had to hang up as it was apparent no one was going to get back to me. Would NEVER go here. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! *THIS REVIEW WAS MEANT FOR THE TUCKAHOE - YONKERS STAPLES*

The staff are not eager to find customers to help, they are focused on their tasks. However they are always kind when you do ask for help and guide you to the exact thing you need. Store is always in stock and its always clean!

It was pleasant; was disappointed that I did not find flash cards with people and their occupations, but overall a pleasant experience. The cashier was friendly and courteous.

Not very knowledgeable on any of their products. A young salesman was playing music from his Cell phone as he was helping customers... That is not very smart.
