If you ever have a problem with your computer dont waste your time and weekends trying to diagnose or fix the problem. Alex diagnosed the problem within minutes. It was the hard drive! You dont know how many tests I ran on this computer and it never signaled a hard drive problem. The hours and hours I spent with this computer wasnt funny. You dont know how happy I am that the problem is now fixed. It is quiet, efficient and no longer is running hot and is not loud. The cost is so reasonable and so well worth every dollar. You dont have to look any further than this place!!!! Trust me!!!!! I so highly recommend this neighborhood computer store. Thank you Alex so very much...you are my savior!!! I will be back. N

Awesome local shop... dropped my computer off on thursday got it back on monday... didnt spend to much for the work done, and most importantly it was a very easy process and it was easy to understand what was happening. I would recommend these guys over HP customer service any day
