Employees are visually miserable because of the apparent mismanagement of the store. It is not rare to see a manager either ignoring customers or berating an employee to a do a job outside of their job description. This store features: poor selection of mens and young mens clothing; disorganized home/decor department; understaffed cashiers that lead to visibly stressed out employees and long lines with long waits. They are also removing the lay-away department. This store has a reputation of harassing customers to open a company credit card every check-out.

Pretty decent prices for some good quality products. Only downfall is that its a bit disorganized but with patience and a good eye, you can find some really good deals. They restock and turnover merchandise quickly, so every few days its a new variety.
