This Old Navy Store has very bad customer service! I dont know why they dont anything about it. But every time I am at the store they have long lines and only one cashier working while the rest of the staff is wondering around the store doing nothing! And once you say something about it they are the one who gets upset or mad at the customer. Today we went there and this rude young man cashier, who I found out from my husband was the store Manager named Ali, was very unpleasant. Few people came out of the line just because it is not moving. How can a place as big at Old Navy has such a bad customer service? I like shopping at Old Navy dont get me wrong but I think they should do something about their staff dealing with their customer. We cant complain at the Manager since the one we have problem was the Manager itself. While I was paying he was looking at my husband who was standing outside behind the cashier, like he is ready to have a fight with my husband. Is that the right way a Manager should act?

you CAN return clothes purchased from online you just need the invoice or the card you purchased the items with. If you have neither they can send a mail certificate to your house. there are plenty of shoes there and plenty sunglasses for both men and women. the line has been long recently because everybody and their grandmother has been coming to the store for things like the dollar flip flop sale and the many sale like the whole store being up to 60% off and 50% off tanks tees and swim wear. No body is rude unless you are rude to them first. The store is only messy because the customers shop like wild animals. This store has great sales and a ton of variety. as for "i will never shop here again" good lol dont come back

One of my top 3 worst shopping experiences ever. Three other customers and I waited in line for nearly 30 mins, whilst the female manager just stood there begind the counter folding clothes while her employees were obviously having trouble with the people they were helping. A man had gone up to her and complained and she was nothing rude and unhelpful. And preceeded to gripe about the man, openly, to another employee. Then when I finally did get to a register the man who rung me up was, again, rude. The whole situation was very, very unprofessional and the employees quite frankly treated myself and the other customers like crap. I will NEVER shop here again.

Carries up to size 18.....Ali the sales associate he is not only a cutie but he is caring and considerate Britney the young lady at the fitting room made me feel extremely comfortable and Elizabeth helped my mother who doesnt ever shop buy a nice pair of pants. Love this store

Clothes are cool, maybe not the best quality but very affordable. The place is a bit nuts but again, the clothes are cheap. The signs are very misleading, its a common mistake to think something is on sale when it isnt, but guess what, the clothes are cheap.

I purchased shirts here that did not fit at all. Im frustrated that when I buy something that is the same size as everything else I have purchased from them it no longer fits the same. I did not love the organization or the selection of the store.

My go-to store for kids clothes and casual summer clothes. Tons of sales all year round. My only gripe is the maternity section is miniscule. Why have one if it only has barely any inventory?

Not good----does not accept returns @store when purchased on Web site even with tags still attached to items purchased. Will rethink shopping @Old Navy. Awful policy.

They have the best jeans for every woman!! My go to place for a pair of jeans, and it doesnt cost the moon. I also have their denim jackets which are pretty cool too.

Bad for mens clothing. More expensive and they are always out of size large. No sunglasses or shoes either.
