The clothes werent arranged in a particularly intuitive way, and the location is far more geared towards larger sizes. There were definitely more XXL options than S options. The people working there, however, were questionable. The person in charge was telling one of the cashiers to take a break, kept telling her to take a half hour break now. This was while there were 3 cashiers, 2 when she had to do returns, and the line was around 10 customers long at that point. I couldnt believe it. The cashier, to her credit, was hesitant to leave and only agreed to take a 15 minute break. I was incredulous. It seemed like a store with great bargains, but lousy management.

prices. Eventhough its hit or miss you get great bargins. Ive returned things there and have never had an unpleasant experience. The security guard and sales associates are friendly and helpful. I visit on average once a week. If you go early its best or you might have to wait on a long check out line...but its still worth it.

I came in to exchange somethings for my sister, and the cashier treated me as a someone who came to rip them off by checking the tags to make sure I wasnt cheating them with the receipt. I would never go bhck to the store again. I was so upset I was going to return all my purchase from the Ross for the last month.

I wish Ross would stop changing up the location of items and Isles and things its just very confusing as a loyal customer and turns me off when I dont know where to find exactly what Im looking for and I know Ross should have what Im looking for so it kind of annoyed me made my trip longer than it needed to be

This place is deplorable! Horrible language come from the young girls that work there. The one is in here forties and African american and talks like sewer trash. Always threatening and cursing, this place has very bad management.

Garbage dump...merchandise scattered every where...shoes...youre buying somebody elses shoes they swapped out there. kids running around ramphart. Not really shopping for less here...would not visit again.

I love this place, they have brand neme clothes and shoes at great price, along with some no-name brands, that sometimes turn out to be cool too. And baseball hats, they have nice fitted hats too :)
