I frequently order from JCP with delivery to the store. This past Monday, I received an email saying my order was in so I drove out. I had ordered slippers and two pairs of earrings as a gift. The saleswoman at the front was just lovely, went and located my order and we chatted. I asked her if I could get a gift box for the earrings and she directed me to the jewelry counter. There, the woman was waiting on a customer so I waited my turn and showed her my purchase and asked for a box. I had just witnessed her boxing a gift for the person she was waiting on. She looked me right in my eyes and said she didnt have any boxes (even though I just saw her open the drawer FILLED with boxes). Yall need to reel in this Naxi counter person. She is rude and a liar. This type of customer service is just what I need to stop me from ordering.

They have a good selection of clothing for juniors. However, they are super expensive. The workers are very nice and the hair salon is also very good.
