Im disappointed to say that Ive never once had anyone at this store be polite to me. Ive never had that issue at any other Ross in my life but ever since I moved here, I am beyond sad that if I want to go to one of my previously favorite stores, its definitely going to be a terrible experience. The dressing room attendant was nasty to my children and my mother but I apologized to my mother in front of the dressing room for the womans attitude and after that, she did pretend to be nice by wishing us a lovely day. Ive actually contacted corporate about their demeanor in the past but nothing has changed. Maybe its this area, I dont know, I just wish that I could be simply treated politely by staff at this store. On our way out, the manager was arguing with a customer at the front of the store. I was embarrassed to have brought my mother to this store, especially after Id had this same experience in the past. Please, if you are an employee reading this, treat others as you would like to be treated and smile. A good attitude will improve every single thing about your job. Im sure Ill continue to patronize this Ross when I absolutely have to but I try hard to avoid it.

Ross is my favorite place but I never,ever came back to that store in mays landing. specially for how they treat costumers. Very bad attitude and the cashier need more training to serve clients correctly.

Christmas time and only 1 cashier was open with a full line. The associates took their time to open another one. Better customer service needed.
