In regards to the Scratch Off CARD I received for 4th of July 2017 RED DOT SALE... Franklin NJ store DID NOT HONOR My scratch off CARD percentage on 6/28. I was given the RED DOT STORE discount but the register would NOT give me my additional scratch off discount of 40%. Instead they gave me a store discount of 50% off my lower prices items... But Not for the higher priced items. The CARD I received in the mail read....scratch off (at the store)for an ADDTIONAL percentage of 40 50 or 75% off the Red Dot discount. I was told the COMPANY changed the rules AFTER THE CARD WENT OUT and they could not apply an additional discount to my red dot products. I have used scratch off cards before in this store and received my additional discount. I feel that this mailing did not meet my expectations; however, the mailing did get me into the store.

THE TONS OF CIGARETTE BUTTS IN FRONT OF THE STORE IS TOTALY GROSS. I take a walk to get Pizza which is next door and the Pizza is fabulous: I see women constantly smoking. It totally stinks. There is never enough help and I wish there would be a Kohls in that locations.

Nice selection of clothing at fairly good prices. Friendly cashiers. The only problem I have is that the clothing seems focused on a larger clientele.

Go in too close to closing and theyll try to get you out as soon as possible. Other than that, a basic good store, nothing special.
