I bought a tie, didnt like the color, and tried to return it. The store refuse ld to take it back saying that the tie was wrinkled. Naturally if a customer is trying a tie, the knot will Create wrinkle. I was able to send it back to the returns department, but had to pay for shipping. Shipping cost was not high, but quite a hassle to return. Wouldnt want to shop here again

Great customer service,i bought lately 6 shirts and couple of shoes,not cheap store but the cloth quality is excellent and the cloth will last im sure many years,the Princeton store saleswomen and salesmen are super helpful.

Over 4 month to finally touch up my suit, after having lost it once.....never offered any compensation for totally horrible service. Never going back, to that one or another Brooks Brothers.
