First off this store is family owned and operated and it shows in the amount of pride they take in satisfying their customers. Every time I visit the store Im taken care of by one of the two brothers that help run the store for their father. They know their stuff when it comes to saving you a few dollars on plans, upgrading phones (I just got an iPhone 6 for just the cost of tax - ask them about it), getting cracked phones replaced on warranty and also accessories. Ive only been doing business with them since Nov. 2013, but every time I went to the store for the things I just mentioned, I ended up with a great deal. In the past Id steer clear of the local stores because they usually werent very informed and instead go straight to Apple if I was having problems with my iPhone, but now I save myself the trip, the traffic, and the crowds and solve my problem at this place.

THE BEST AT&T STORE AROUND! This store is actually under NEW management and the employees here are absolutely amazing and friendly! They are very well spoken and work out amazing deals with you. My last experience was perfect, they do treat you like family. It is deff worth the drive! thank you so much! This is an Authorize dealer, Fusion Wireless and these people are fantastic. Better than any corporate store. -they diagnose problems with my phone with a smart check -Added a discount on my account -they checked my account and make sure I wasnt over paying -and they were very friendly and helpful Would recommend

This store has the best customer service Ive seen. They are understanding and efficient in their process to do upgrades, new lines, and even port ins from other carriers. I also got DirecTV and the graphics are amazing in my home and I got 100 bucks as well. Thank you again Middle Island ATT!

Came to this location at 4:05 on Sunday afternoon. Despite their website stating they are open till 5pm, when we got there- all locked up. Great job guys.
