The African American young man is your best bet in this store. He is very informative and gives out good info on everything you need or ask. Everyone else is "iffy" to say the least. Their manager Scott will also give you good service I guess. However, what kept me from giving them better rating is due to the fact that the girl and the other short guy that work there are not very good at customer service. The girl just seems too lazy and the short guy comes off as a bit rude and he literally did not want to add an add-on on our plan while we bought the phones that day etc, during the set up we asked him to add the Canada-Mexico unlimited and he literally said he was not going to do it because he didnt want to. The African American guy did it without a problem the following day. Depending on who answers the phone will depend how friendly and good service you will get too. So keep this in mind if you go there any time soon.

Big thumbs down. Went in there to get a copy of my bill and the lady told me that I had to call Sprint. Then I asked if she could go over my bill with me. She told me no to call Sprint. What? I thought this was a Sprint store? Apparently they only consider themselves a Sprint employee when they want that commission. Whenever they want you to buy something only then they are Sprint. I do not recommend Sprint or this location at all. And overall the people here are very rude, vulgar, and unprofessional.

The people here are f***** as****** that lie to you to get you to set things up and decide to be rude and cocky when they have you within the contract.. To top things off every issue seems to be the same "call customer service" something those of us with jobs we take seriously dont have all the time in the world to do.. F*** these clowns.. Worst experience i ever had and this is coming from an ex verizon customer.. How someone tops their arrogance blows my mind but they managed to here

The People that work here is only there to make money and to sell you anything. They are very rude and with slick remarks. I went in to pay my phone bill and they made it seem like it was a hassle or too much for them. There was NOBODY else in the store so it wasnt like they had better things to do. I do not recommend coming to this store. Its better off going to BESTBUY where the employees DO NOT make comisson and will make sure you will leave happy!

Ive visited the store recent and they are amazing. I was treated with so much respect and the staff is amazing. They greeted me at the door and even walked me to the door as I was leaving. This is the best sprint store Ive ever went to. Everything I asked them to help me with they were able to do. I will be visiting this store way more instead of any other store I went to. Thank to store manager Alice and the other young lady Genisis for helping me.

This store is full of the most incompetent and rude people I have ever met in my life. They will take anyone off the street and give them a job, they dont care if you have even basic addition skills. They overcharged me multiple times on my bill and the manager seems to have a personal problem with me. Sprint, overall, is a horrible service provider, but if you have to choose them for whatever reason, stay far away from this store.

I really dont know what everyone else is talking about on these awful reviews but i personally believe its all lies i went there a week ago for an upgrade and they were absolutely AMAZING!!! The manager Alice was extremely helpful and kind the pregnant employee i believe her name was Genesis was a GREAT help they saves all my photos and personal information . I would recommend this location to everyone i wish i lived closer.

Gave it a one star rating because theres no option for zero . The employees at this store do not know what they are doing and they are RUDE. My experience at this store made my day after a lady named Genesis was disgustingly rude to me and used profanity in front of my child. She has been by far the most disrespectful and unprofessional Sprint associate I have met.

The 2 young ladies that work there were very professional and honest. The young guy with the glasses dark skin i forgot his name, he sold me the Lgv20 buy one get one free. One for me and one my wife.and was very truthful about the phone also its services.Also has good service.We will surely go back.Thanks for your generosity.God bless! One love!!!

After months of fighting, another sprint branch revealed that this store is ran by crooks. They give you free equipment to appease your complaints and bill you an installment plan behind your back. Before doing any business here, go to any other sprint store in the area and they will confirm the mall store is ran by crooks.
