Sprint off with your money! They are not upfront and honest about fees, and return dates. One of their promotions was a tablet for an extra $20 on my bill, and it cost me an extra $110 a month. Over the phone, they lied about the last day for me to return the item. They said 2 weeks after the day you picked it up, but in the store they became defensive about stating that the return date being 2weeks after you sign a form, and they teased me about having to keep a tablet that I did not want, and it made my bill about $180 a month. Also, they were smug, playing dumb and innocent, and adverting accountability. I spent over 4 hours on hold and being transferred around to rectify this problem. One person on the Sprint call line insulted how I was stuck with the fee. This company kisses up to their customers and then takes advantage of them, they are extremely manipulative and pigeon-holing all the blame on their customers and not holding any employees accountable for misleading and extorting people. Sprint is about over charging and misleading people. Also, not explaining plans, is about taking advantage of peoples ignorance and economics, and not about providing a good service. After this discouraging incident, I was able to go to Tmobile down the street and get away from Sprint. Obviously, I should have taken the time from my busy schedule to read the contract paperwork. But, it is not right for Sprint to provide me with false information about return dates, tease me about it and protect unaccountable and unprofessional employees. I do feel taken advantage of and deeply disrespected. The phone I have for SPRINT is terrible. The battery dies quickly, I have to pay Sprint for unlimited internet and xfinity to get internet ,while my T-Mobile phone allows me to get internet anywhere without having to purchase an Xfinity internet plan. Also, the Sprint phone I had does not download any apps that I have purchased, the phone flickers and beeps shrilly and loudly when the battery runs low, not a good sound to hear when you have headphones on. ------------ Respect you costumers. Know the features of your products, and encourage customers to research what they want to buy, before buying them. NEVER lie to a customer about a return date, and never tease a customer for being mislead. It is your responsibility to respect people and not lie to keep people to mislead them into expensive promotions. Altogether, I have been charged over $300 on two tablets and plans that I did not need. I would not recommend this Sprint store or the Sprint company and I am giving T-Mobile a try.

I came here to activate a phone that I bought at Best buy and I was told that I couldnt activate it but the manager came to save the day and activated my phone with a walk-in sim card on my unlocked phone. Their service is excellent and I havent had any hidden charges like I had at T-Mobile. They are clear and upfront with everything that one has to pay and they are great at explaining my bill. They also saved me $14 by using autopay on my account.

I was walking by the green and stoped by at the sprint store across from it and couldnt be happier. Their services & prices are truly the best i was paying $160 a month at verizon for 1 phone alone and 5 gigs of data, now i pay about $150 for 2 iphone 6s and unlimited EVERYTHING i dont know why i waited so long great place of service.

Thank you guys for the great customer service. Switched my family over to Sprint there across from the green from ATT and it is a lot cheaper and the Internet is faster. The girls there are fantastic thanks again ladies!

I was promised a bill of $80 as well and when I get my bills they are $108. I also still havent any paperwork of the deal. They said they would email it to me. Thats the way they trick you.
