Customer service is lacking. I called in to ask a question and was on the phone for 5 minutes just waiting. Then when the lady came on the phone she sounded annoyed and told me that she was at the register and had a line so she will get me to a floor person. Okay, so I waited another 5 minutes. Another lady came on and I asked my question and she said she was at the register and she would find out. Came back on line with an answer to the first part of my question but when I asked about the second part she said "I dont know, why dont you just come to the store and find out." Very upsetting that people cannot take a moment to look, yes things get hectic but that doesnt mean a person should be rude to a potential customer.

Its not there, i questioned this when i saw it having lived here most of my life and therebis no longer a michaels there look even the street view shows a space between 2 buildings
