my review for this edible arrangements is not good at all today I waited for a Christmas gift that my good friend send me and I never received it. I believe it was never delivered,. we waited and waited and nothing we even have a camera that shows that they never came when they said they did. I am very disappointed. The people that I called there did not even care they just said they delivered it . but the camera shows differently. My friend spend over $100.00 dollars . I dont think this is not fare at all .. maybe they should give the person receiving it a call. I will never recommend anyone to spend there money in this store. I believe someone just kept it and pass by the house just to give there boss details of how the house looks or the car so they have proof that they left it in my porch...disappointed... :[

cancelled the order we placed for mothers day because of an address conflict instead of working out the issue. attempted to speak to the manager who was just as rude explaining that there was nothing they could do and that the order was cancelled then hung up on us. as a whole... the company is outstanding as ive never had a problem before and i use them all the time. this particular store needs a little help.

The owner was RUDE and nasty! I called before driving 20 minutes to get there and on the phone he said to come down because he had arrangements and could accommodate me. He DID NOT keep his word. This was the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced! DO NOT BUY from this store!! He had 2 stale arrangements in his fridge!! This man was RUDE AND NASTY!! Such a disappointment!

What a WONDERFUL surprise to receive! The delivery girl was bubbly, the fruit was ice cold and as fresh as can be! The chocolate covered bananas are to die for, the strawberries were HUGE, sweet and plump, and ALL the fruit was fabulous! I am very impressed with how solid the arrangement is and I will DEFINATELY be ordering from this store.

Wonderful experience to shop with this Medford store of Edible Arrangements, very nice uniformed courteous staff greets you with a smile and offer s you chocolate samples while they take your order. The delivery came in nice and fresh, we will shop with them again, so far they are the best in the area.

Have you ever thought that the only reason your doors stay open are because of your CUSTOMERS. David, the man who will hang up on you not once, but twice! If you dont like dealing with the people that make it possible for you to have a job, you should find a better job DAVID.

I have had two awful experiences with this particular store. Today the man working hung up on me twice after refusing to help me. When I called the corporate office, he was rude to them as well. Now he wont answer their calls. Terrible customer service.
