Ordering Last minute flowers for my Mom from my Dad on Valentines day I received a call from Jennifer who mentioned that they are done for the craziest day of the year at 8:30pm...after verifying the address I provided them, she said she can swing by the address and make sure she receives them today...this was the 2nd attempt. the truth is I assumed she will call and apologies and redeliver the next morning, in less then 45 min Mom sends me picture of beautiful flowers which she said smelled amazing and looked so good that she thought there fake and to show off ;) I picked it MOM....I know :)) Jennifer you made her day,!!! she went to CT for 48hrs and between the 3 of us me being the middle guy between dad & you... we all managed to make her smile, and this is what you and your location did with no last minute super fast delivery charges.... thank you and My Father really thanks you, you are what customer service is all about. asked my mom to send a picture I can share and this is the best she was able to do :( they are really beautiful. again and again thank you Jennifer, I have your cell number but I will not bother you on your personal line.

We had Fleur de Lys do the flower arrangements for our sons rehearsal dinner at Christopher Martins Restaurant in New Haven. We were more than 100% pleased with the outcome. Alex did an outstanding job of providing the ideal centerpieces for the tables. The flowers she chose, the colors she chose and the containers were perfect for the season and the occasion. A week later, the arrangements look as good as they did the night of the dinner. We highly recommend this establishment for floral arrangements, They worked with us and provided the perfect finished product.

Ordered flowers over the phone to be delivered to my office--I asked for a "designers choice" arrangement and told them I liked lime green and purple. I was SO pleased with the result, honestly one of the prettiest arrangements Ive ever seen--the florist had used bells of ireland, irises, and ornamental cabbage. It was such a unique, lovely arrangement!!! My office used them for three separate events that day because they were so beautiful. The Fleur Delys Staff was very friendly and helpful, too.

I ordered my wedding flowers from Fleur De Lys, and they were gorgeous!!! The staff there walked me through the whole process of selecting flower varieties, while totally following my vision and working with my budget. On the day of my wedding, they went above and beyond to be absolutely sure my flowers arrived on time despite unexpected traffic in the area. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for high quality, artfully arranged flowers!!

Bought a phalaenopsis orchid all the way from Florida for a close friend of mine in New Haven yesterday. It was delivered today, and I saw the arrangement for myself via FaceTime, and it looked great. Really nice presentation, she loved the little pot it came in, and the flower is stunning. Id definitely recommend this shop for anyone in the local area.

I phoned in and gave them just a color and a price range, and they produced the most SPECTACULAR bouquet. People stopped me in the street on the way home to compliment the flowers. It was easily twice the size and three times prettier than any comparably priced bouquet Ive bought before, and I couldnt be happier with the shop.
