I needed to order an arrangement as a "welcome home" for a sick friend. Ordering online was easy. I later called the Avon store with specific instructions on delivery, and they were willing and eager to accommodate my needs. The next day I found out that my friend would be coming home sooner, and they adjusted the time and date again so that the delivery would be on the same day my friend arrived home. They had it delivered to her house just hours afterward. Excellent customer service!
