I called at 4:45 to have a man answer the phone who rudely told me the shop was closed...hmmm...Google hours say 5:00? I know thats close to closing time but not past it. I requested to order flowers for delivery tomorrow....at this point he stayed quiet and let me continue. I started to explain the flowers were for a funeral at which he interrupted and really angrily said and quot- " It is not possible to get flowers for a funeral....You waited too long" Had he let the customer finish the request he would have found out that they werent casket flowers but a smaller vase and bouquet of blue flowers to be delivered tomorrow down the block to the funeral home by 5:00 pm. But he didnt let me even speak. I hestitated deciding to let him know how rude he is being and instead cheerily said Thank you. I completely appreciate that his time is valuable but he is clearly over stressed and over worked. He responded with a nasty Thankyou and hung up on me. My reason for this review and My suggestion to the owner coming from a business owner ...is to have a lesson in customer service. Adhere to your posted hours and dont be nasty and rude to people....especially those who are grieving.

Mike creates gorgeous arrangements, and delivers them personally. It seems that he loves seeing the surprise in his clients when he makes deliveries as much as he loves designing the flowers. He also shows that he remembers his customers by offering personal touches to the arrangements or thoughtful recommendations - a rare trait in a typically flurried service. Want to deliver a smile? Stop by Wooster Square and talk to Mike at Lincoln Flowers. Hes the best neighborhood florist Ive ever met.

Outstanding service, quality, and value. I went in with no advance notice, and had a beautiful hand-crafted bouquet in minutes. I cant stress enough the fantastic customer service. I really felt like I got hooked up with a great deal. I strongly suggest Lincoln Flower Shop to anyone seeking flowers in the New Haven area.

Went there last minute for a graduation bouquet. The owner was quick to help out. Just needed to tell him how much I was willing to spend and what features i wanted and he was on his way to make the bouquet happen. Altogether it took me like 10 minutes from walking in to getting my flowers.

I would strongly recommend not using this flower store for any type of special occasion. The quality of the flowers is low-to-moderate and customer service is shoddy and unreliable. Plenty of other good options nearby including the Blossom Shop on Orange Street.

I called from Michigan to order flowers for my niece who was just moving into a dorm at NHU. Mike was VERY helpful and we decided on a bouquet that he would make up from what he had in the shop. The result was beautiful! I could not be more pleased.
