I will never go here again. Lou owns the shop and I have heard good and bad, but I do not trust an employer who will hire a "artist" when theyre shouldnt have the title. Justin did my boyfriends tattoo and I wish we never went here. We were walk-ins had no appointment and Justin took us because he had a cancelation. We were both excited that we were finally going to get this tattoo done that weve been saying for so long that we were going to get that we completely overlooked all the wrongdoings of this artist. He drafted the tattoo on his skin WITH PEN. A regular blue ballpoint pen. We gave him a budget and when we saw this gorgeous tattoo, none the less very messy since it was done in pen, but you had the idea, he then tells us that it was nearly double our budget. We wanted a $400 tattoo, he drew one worth $900. We went with it anyway because now he showed us what he could have done with a budget doubled. Long story short, after 2 long sessions, we were $900 in and --not even half-way done--. They charge a solid $150/hour, which is pretty common amongst tattoo shops, but the artist took smoke breaks sometimes 20 minutes at a time, and did not consider that while charging us. Yes, we should have said something but were the type of people that dont think anyone would screw us over that badly, but now months later with a HORRIBLE tattoo, Im very angry. My boyfriend thinks that its fine and unfinished but who wouldnt want to believe their tattoo is OK after they spent nearly a grand to get nothing out of it. Nothing at all is symmetric when its supposed to be and now we found another artist who also said that it is a horrific job who now needs to not just touch up, but redo the entire piece. If you go here, make sure you know who youre going to, and keep an eye on their prices.

I loved the place, very friendly, very polite and funny. I got my belly button piercing here and the guy made jokes and helped me with information as much as I needed. The only thing is they didnt take out the needle in front of me so I knew it was sterile. But then again I called and they knew I was coming in. It healed great since I got it done in November of last year.

Lous place is the best when it comes to tattoos. Hes been doing this for years and it shows in his work. He has a vivid imagination and the ability to create what he envisions. I have 5 tattoos done by Lou and in the process of another one and all of which I gave Lou complete creative control. I gave him an idea and he created something to my liking.

I got my naval (bellybutton) pierced here about 2 years ago, my sister had just gotten hers done that day at resonance and we have the same pain tolerance and she went through a lot of discomfort during her peircing while i experienced none. I had no idea I was even pierced yet ! Ive recommended this place to everyone for tattoos and piercings

Lou is the man I had a piece done by Cliffs and it blew cock and Lou did what he does and made it look amazing also got matching tattoos with my dad and they look so badass. If my Grandma wanted a tattoo I could only recommend Lou

Lou is amazing. Iv had 2 Tattoos done by him and the are amazing looking. He is so talented. I cant wait to get my next one. I will only let Lou do them. You wont be disapointed!!!!!!!!
