This post isnt about the artists abilities, its about how this shop treats its customers and handles business. Unfortunately this shop feels the need to publicly post negative comments about potential customers on their facebook page. They make snarky comments and invite the public to join in on the fun. No matter the circumstance, never let a tattoo shop or anyone bully you. It doesnt matter if its your first tattoo or 20th. Not all artists and shops are built on intimidation and the "Im cooler than you attitude". A lot of shops value and respect their customers. Remember, youre trusting these people to put a permanent tattoo on your body and you have to trust their vision of your piece as well. Everything is built on trust. I dont trust a shop that posts misinformed jerky comments on facebook about customers.

These artists are seriously talented. The shop is clean and they treat you like a lifelong friend. Ive been to a few other shops in CT and I prefer Liberty over the others. If you dont want to put a deposit down to reserve their time, its probably not the shop for you. The deposit isnt money you are losing out on. Its to make sure you take their time seriously since some people are idiots and blow off their appointment. I had no problem giving Pat a deposit since I followed through with my appointment and what I paid was taken off the price the day of.

Ive been consistently Tatted by Izzy for my current chest piece. And I honestly cannot express how outstanding the quality and company she provides during the service is. The tattoos she does literally pop out to the eye and grab your attention. The environment is clean. I have never once been left waiting long to get under the needle. Definitely if youre one for bright work definitely go in to get tatted. She will make you feel absolutely comfortable the entire time. An absolute delight to get work done here. I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this shop! Clean, friendly, talented artists. No obnoxious children running around or screaming while you receive professional work. The artists here have won awards for their skills, not to mention they are genuine people. Although Ive only had the pleasure of being tattooed and pierced by Calvin, I highly recommend Izzy and Beaner (Chris) as well. No matter what artist you work with, you are guaranteed to get amazing work that will last a lifetime.

Ive dealt with other tattoo shops in the past, and none of them can compete with Liberty. Theyre a great group of artists who are very talented, and theyre reasonably priced. Ive never once felt uncomfortable bringing them an idea I have for a tattoo or left having a poor experience as I have in the past at other shops. Moral of the story is if you want an awesome tattoo at a good price and to have a good time getting it call the shop and make an appointment.

This shop is absolutely amazing. The work they do is of the highest quality, and all of the artists working here are always friendly and happy to help. They are respectful, courteous and fun to be around. Ive gotten several gorgeous tattoos done here, and the environment of the shop as well as the excellent quality of the art and artists will keep me coming back for the rest of my life. I never intend to get a tattoo done anywhere else.

Great shop! Both my husband and I got tattoos there and we were both thrilled with the service, cleanliness of the shop, and talent of the artists. I had a vague idea for my own tattoo and Calvin, our artist, brought it to life beyond my expectations. He took his time while still finishing relatively quickly and gave me a great price. I recommend this shop to ALL my friends and family who are looking for a new tattoo.

What a great shop and a great experience. I saw Calvin for a cover-up, and from the first he was awesome! I had a very specific design in mind, and he helped me bring the vision to life. I asked a staff member to discuss a tattoo and he mocked me and belittled me. Apparently the rest of the staff approved this behavior because they were all laughing at his comments. I left and will never be returning and I dont encourage anyone to spend money in this establishment. I am furious and will be telling everyone about my horrible experience at this place.

Clean shop! Everyone Ive encountered there was very friendly. Felt comfortable for the moment I walked in. Ive had a few tattoos done by Calvin & would go no where else. He recently did a cover up for me & it came out amazing & was able to keep the meaning in tact for me! Most definitely would use them again. And highly recommend them.

Amazing facility! EVERYONE was great, nice and professional. They were upfront and honest and thats what you need in a tattoo artist! They will tell you if its a bad idea or good, if it will work or wont. VERY CLEAN! Everyone should go here if they want top quality work!
