Since we cant leave responses to peoples reviews I would like to personally say that whoever S Beckford is, he or she is an absolute liar. Not sure if they are affiliated with another shop such as Propaganda. First off we keep a log of every single customer that we tattoo, we have no record of any Beckford. Secondly, no artist in their right mind would be half way finished with a tattoo and ask "wait what do you want again", thats absolutely insane! We take every single customer and every project we do with the utmost respect! We would NEVER refuse to see reference pictures from a client. And lastly, why did this mystery person "S. Beckford" not post a picture of this supposed tattoo that was messed up and had to be fixed by an artist at Propaganda? I feel its a shame that people create fictitious accounts to write false reviews in order to deceive people. We would never do that at Xclusive Ink! We are more focused on our customers having a great experience from the time they walk in our shop to the time they leave! We dont worry about what other shops are doing because we dont need to.

So I got my 2nd tattoo here from Xavier, I came in months ahead and made an appointment. Now when it was time for my tattoo I had to explain multiple times what I wanted, which I can deal with. The problem came when he was halfway through the tattoo and asked "wait what do you want again?" not only that but he was rushing to get the tattoo done and refused to look at any of the pictures I provided. Needless to say he ended up messing up the tattoo. Shout out to Propaganda tattoos for fixing his mess. The only reason it gets two stars and not one is because initial meeting with the female who made my appointment provided great customer service

I had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows done with Vanessa at the Rocky Hill location. The studio is beautiful- very clean and well decorated. Vanessa was very sweet and very knowledgeable about the procedure. She made me feel very comfortable and I had no worries once we started. The procedure was painless! And Vanessa made sure to ask me throughout if I was experiencing and pain or discomfort. (There was no pain at all!) She also made sure to stop once in awhile to let me look in the mirror to make sure I was happy with her work. Vanessa is amazing! Im already planning to have her do permanent makeup on my lips soon!

Got my first tattoo here Yesterday & im happy to say I will be continuing a sleeve there . The staff is so friendly & fun to be around My artist was Moe & he by far exceeded my expectations in the outcome of my tattoo ! Hes very attentive to detail , which I love . H I G H L Y recommend any of the artists there ! 10 star place !!
