Its sad to see what was once a gorgeous home to the local wildlife destroyed, turned into a very wonderful mall now having very few stores and literally just Wendys left in the food court. It once offered tons of much needed jobs to this small town and an enjoyable experience for all walks of life. It started out with an absolutely amazing carousel, it was sold. There was a eatery in every spot in the food court and even had a Mrs Fields cookie, and a very nice eat in restaurant called The Oak Tree Cafe. Anchor stores that were all constantly busy and a fun arcade full of fun games for young and old alike. Unfortunately not only was I employed in the mall I was also a consumer, watching such a great part of mother earth turned into what was to be a booming business ( and it was for a short time) just fizzle out into basically a ghost mall and I believe it was the outrageous rent charged for small businesses and even the bigger chains that caused the demise of this much needed mall. Such a sad sad thing. The small villiage/town of Massena has potential to be beautiful again. Everyone needs to stand up for their home in order to get it back to a safe, healthy and happy place to live. I really hope everyone who still lives there or moves there work on getting the bad things out and the jobs and good people back on top!! Good luck Massena! Im rooting for YOU!

This place deserves no stars if you can believe it or not. This Malls parking area pot holes, huge bumps, and barely can see the outline where their is parking. On the inside theirs only 2 places to eat at 1. Is Wendys 2. Is this Deli place not sure how long their going to last there its fairly new. Lots of seating thats a plus, barely any customers go to this mall because their is no variety of stores or places to eat at. If I had to say theirs about 8 stores left in this mall to shop at pretty sad when I can count them on 2 hands. I understand that this is in a sorta kinda town but its next to the Canadian border. Ive seen loads of Canadians come over to shop because of low prices if they had more stores like actual Brand names come into the Mall I would make a change into my rating. Sadly stores are leaving due to the rent they have to pay to stay there which is ridiculous. The Malls ceiling needs to be replaced, the floor needs to be replaced, bathrooms are absolutely disgusting smells like piss and other bodily fluids in there. If I had to use the restroom there, I wouldnt I would drive down the street to a taco Bell and use their restroom instead of the one at the Mall thats how bad it is. I think I only go to the St. Lawrence Mall is to get my haircut Id give that place a 5 star for some decent cuts and polite conversation.

Even under new ownership it is still dying by degrees. This mall has been on life support for years and has gotten down to less than 20 store. The arena doesnt have skating anymore and as of this past week the Hometown Sears store has announced it is closing in the mall, just another nail in the coffin. Sadly this place used to be the place to go and had many good stores so you didnt have to drive to Watertown or Plattsburgh just to have a good selection, that was the 90s.

Used to go here a lot with my family when we lived in Malone in the 90s. From what people are saying, the mall (and the area itself) have gone down the drain, with the carousel being sold, the ice ring closing, and stores leaving in droves... If they could bring industry (and a mall worthy of Massena), maybe it could function again.

Not a fan of this mall at all. Just several years ago, it was great. Not so much anymore. There are more empty stores than there are open ones. Only one restaurant remains in the "food court". Its just disappointing. I only go there when I need to. The shoe store, sports store, and jewelry store are fantastic.

Everything was closed on a Tuesday , at 12:30pm. Nothing going on, pretty boring. Unless u come here specifically for something that you "know for sure" they have its totally not even worth stopping to go inside. DEFINITELY not worth a special drive just to see whats up!

Great mall I understand that 80% of the stores are closed but athleast there is still Wendys, Payless shoe source, jc penney, and hannaford supermarket still at the mall. Btw nobody lives in massena so thats probably why almost all stores are closed:).

Its sad the amount of stores in here that come and go. But the stores that they do have I like and congrats to Wendys for staying alive there. I wish they would fix the ice rink again I miss skating there.

Every time we go its got less and less to offer. Its dying a slow death, and you cant help but feel depressed when shopping there if you knew it back in its heyday.

This place has barely anything left. All bathrooms were out of order and Wendys was still open open servimg food when they had no running water and a sewage backup.

There are hardly any stores left in this place to make it worth going and the food court really leaves something to be desired with only two choices for you.

If you like post apocalyptic ambiance you will love this mall! You wont find many stores that still open but the creepiness of the place is worth the detour!

A dumpy mall on the way to get geroceries. It was once a full and active place now theres about two store left that cant get out of there own contract.

The only mall in the Massena area. A lot of the stores and restaurants are gone. Supposed to be getting new owners, so well see if the place perks up.

A lot of empty lots and more businesses following suit. I see this mall closing soon. Very hard to get Wi-Fi in the mall. Only Bon-Ton has it.

This strip mall is hit or miss and there are many stores that have closed and/or went out of business. Kind of a dark and dreary place to shop.

The Doctors and Nurses took great care of my son. They listened to him and helped me with his anxieties he had for his wisdom teeth removal.

Mall is basically dead as there are more vacancies than open retail stores. Because of that I always try to support the remaining stores.

J.C. Penney is a great place to shop. Local stores are nice but are mostly of the gift shop variety so not in high demand at our house.
