The playground is a wonderful shopping center located off of the boardwalk in front of Ceasars hotel. They have many stores including Apple, Its Sugar, Michael Kors, Tommy Bahama, Tiffany and Co., Sports city, Victorias secret and Pink, And so much more. It is a great place to shop at in Atlantic City. They also have great places to eat at including Phillips (seafood), The continental (American), Buddakan (Asian), Souzai sushi & sake (Asian) and Piazza Di Giorgio cafe (international). I love to go eat here since you can choose from all of these eateries in one place. The establishement is kept very clean and is modern. They even have a place you can sit at on the 2nd floor that allows you to look at the waterfront and boardwalk. I prefer coming here at sunset to watch the sun over the ocean.

We were fortunate to have a warm clear sunny day and the view from the third floor was spectacular. Beach grass and lofty wooden chairs face the view so sitting in the sun with toes in the sand was a reality even on the first day of January. Wonderful. This place is actually a mall, with Rodeo drive shops mixed with modern upscale mall staples. Think Louis Vuitton meets The Body Shop. Thankfully no return lines or holiday crowds to detract from the clear elevator rides, hourly fountain shows, free form staircases and beautiful décor and water sculptures. I hate and may I exaggerate, HATE shopping malls but this place was fabulous and worth a stroll to the end of the pier for the ocean views and breeze. What a treat it is to go into the Pier!

There is absolutely nothing here. Ive seen less boarded up windows in burned down house in Newark, NJ. Everything kid oriented in this "mall" is gone. The back half is a club...or recording studio...or staging area for the zombie apocalypse. I couldnt tell because is closed off and behind drapes. The fountain is gone from the back and you cant even get to the end of the pier to see the ocean. There are 2 cell phone places selling junk cases and a sports memorabilia store. Also has a gold for cash place that definitely classes up the joint but you might as well add a pawn shop in here. What respecting person with money would even shop here.

I have always felt that there should be balance when a pier complex with retails shops are built. I mean there should be some high end/luxury and other brands too. Unlike the shops inside Planet Hollywood casino in Vegas , these pier shops have only high end brands. They should also include brands where people can walk in and buy stuff and not just look around. Though the shops are, staff is helpful but it is not shoppable all the time. There is also a water fountain show which occurs every hour. Overall a nice place for window shopping depending on how your weighs!

This is the mall formerly known as "the shops at cesars." It is a shell of its former self with 70% of the stores gone. The fountain at the pier end is long gone. What remains is seating on the 3rd floor that overlooks the ocean. The candy store, Apple store, Wet Willys and a comedy club are on the 1st floor. Nothing appealed to me on the second floor. Still worth a trip but it is sad to see.

another failled attempt the mall is 60 percent empty if u need something from apple store this is place to go although you could just go to amazon and get free shippin. 2nd floor completley empty 1st floor end is empty. fountain show is not impressive like the fountain show at bellagio in las vegas. fail fail. unless it rains or snow then go to the pier shops at caesars

Unless you have money to burn, dont waste your time! Just high-end luxury item stores. Many vacancies. Like a ghost town. One good look at the demographics of the people who come to Atlantic City explains why. The owners are living in a dreamworld that fills Atlantic City with high-rollers and multi-millionaires. Come down to earth, people!

Have always had a good experience here. Great views and selection of restaurants up on the 3rd floor. Since I last visited a couple years ago, looks like they added a new place called Monkey Bar along with a handful of entertainment venues. Has the ingredients to be the hippest spot on the boardwalk if they can pull everything together.

The good, check out the restaurants one the third floor. Great views and excellent food. The bad... Unfortunately this place is struggling. Its not much of a mall. The new owner tried to turn half of it into a Bourbon St themed bar/club. Unfortunately, it was a half hearted effort and it flopped. Hoping thing get better.

One of the best places to visit while in Atlantic City. They are like a mini mall of great stores such as a beautiful candy shop in the front. They have once of the best places upstairs to relax and get an amazing view of the boardwalk and beach! In the summer they usually have light shows in their fountain.

Its a beautiful building going out hundreds of yards into the ocean. The restaurants are great and the views at the end are really cool. The wedding reception venue 1 Atlantic is magnificent. Its connected to Caesars which is connected to Ballys and the Claridge, its part of an enormous complex in AC.

very nice respite from the heat as their AC is always on very HIGH! decent eatery upstairs, nice view from the top floor of the beach and boardwalk. recommend for elderly - pretty wheelchair friendly, except for the candy store which has only steps leading down into it. not ADA compliant... weird.

Dont bother. Its a shame that this place still hasnt gotten their act together. Despite being under new management, our experience here was poor. In our party of four, we ordered three drinks and all three were incorrect. The place was basically empty. Should have visited Ballys wild wild west!

Great place to take a break from th sun and get awesome views of the shore..and LOTS of great shops and restaurants like Phillips seafood where you can eat by the windows overlooking the beach. And of course the kids always love to go in Sugar and get some candy to re-energize.

We walked through around 9:30 pm and I was surprised at how many stores were already closed on a Saturday night. Despite that, it was nice shopping area and the bathrooms were surprising clean! Would definitely come back and enjoy shopping & restaurants here again.

They have A Wet Willies on the ground level and a Starbucks on 2. Its clean and not overcrowded. Have some clam chowder at Phillips and do not leave without checking the observation deck out on level 2, just walk passed Phillips and metro going - youll love it.

The mall itself is well laid out and all the stores were friendly and offered good service, EXCEPT ONE and that cast an ugly shadow across all my memories of the place. It was the Apple Store. The Geniuses in the store were rude, pushy, and unhelpful.

I loved this place soo much for the water dance show. When they removed they removed a piece of my childhood. They really need to add more stuffs then just overly expensive stores. Hope this place get their stuffs together as soon as possible
