Sears here is only a fraction of what other Sears stores are but at least theyre holding out and keeping open - even though I was through the entire store for at least 20 minutes and not a single employee ever acknowledged me let alone offered help! I guess its a good place to go in a pinch. The lady in Bath and Body works was super sweet and helpful. I made a purchase there because of her. They are also only a fraction of what other Bath and Body stores are elsewhere but at least theyre still there for us. I go here every six months or so just to check it out. This time it was BLEAK! The sunglass store, optometrist, Coldstone, shoe repair guy and even the cellphone stores are GONE! Even the slimy, skeezy little vape shop is gone! The one wing is now cut off with a sheetrock wall. Its really sad, I remember taking my family here when we first moved into the area and eating in the Ruby Tuesdays there. Its SAD!

I rent a space inside the Burlington Center Mall. As a tenant, this is the worst place to rent. I understand the mall is deteriorating but if a tenant has an issue with mold, per lease it should be taken care of right away. Before renting the space Laurie (the mall manager), knew there was going to be children in the space. The sole purpose of renting the space is for a youth organization. Also before renting the space I pointed out the mold and was told it would be taking care of prior to leasing. Little to my knowledge the maintenance department covered up the mold by placing panels in front of them. Well one of the panels cracked and the mold was revealed. For goodness sake I have children using the bathroom, no wonder why half of them couldnt breathe. I continue to pay the rent but the problem is still not fixed. Its been months. DO NOT RENT FROM MOONBEAM CAPITAL INVESTMENTS!!!!

Me and girlfriend went to this mall in August 2014 and all i can say this mall was depressing. So sad that if you was to see this mall it youll first laugh and then feel sorry for it. The mall was practically at ghost town. There were so many vacant closed stores including department stores like Macys and JC Penny. I couldnt get my mind off a fountain statue of a elephant with water running around it and the green fungi was showing, looks like it was never cleaned. I seen some people walking around the mall and they looked depressed, i guess you have the mall to thank for that. And out if the 60-70 stores that were vacant we counted on 7 open (SMFH) and 2 restaurants (not McDs or anything like that) I heard now they will demolish part of the mall down in spring 2016 to shrink it, i think they should just tear it all down.

They destroyed this Mall. Obviously overcharging on rent for places to afford to stay open in it. We lost Chick-fi-lay and almost every other food chain in the place. Nothing is left over accept haircutting places and Health fitness place. Its like they purposely tried to kill this Mall. Its disgusting because at one time this was a great Mall and arguably one of the best in New Jersey. Now its one of the worst Malls in all of America. Why did they do this? Did Greed cost them the quality? I loved the Strawberry Smoothie places it used to have, but now it doesnt have either of them!

The only reason why I gave this once thriving mall 3 stars is because of the threading place. Ive been getting my eyebrows done here for years and love it there. But unless youre getting your eyebrows a hair cut there really isnt a reason on going except maybe GameStop foot locker (if they have the shoes) and bath and body works but Im sure theyll be gone too. They even closed down cold stone creamery a few months ago COLD STONE CREAMERY!!! And everyone loves ice cream. Its sad what was once thriving filled fun shopping experience is now a ghost town with store after store closing.

So run down, its really sad. I remember it used to be full of people like five years ago, and shops around every corner, but sadly that quickly started to change. Its now a ghost town and is so run down and scary. Nobody wants to shop here, because its so run down. They said they had plans for it and would start work eventually in 2016 and the year is almost over, its really sad. The only good stores left are bath and body works and sears. Its so sad. :(

What a sad place. One time this was the best mall to go to, having all the shops you would want and very limited amount of people buzzing around you. Here you could get in and out of the stores without any issues. Now the place is near impossible to find anything and most places have moved on out. If you are lucky and one of the places here has what you need it is great but besides that move on to another mall like Moorestown or Cherry Hill

This place is a hole. Seriously, theres practically nothing here. Its like a ghost town inside. I went here and was amazed at how empty it was. Even my son asked what happened. I want to come back at night and film a zombie movie here, its in that kind of disarray and disrepair. Even the escalator was broken and was simply stairs. Its embarrassing. I gave it two stars because the Game Stop there had the one game I was looking for.

Besides the old Asian key cutter guy, #VUTT Optical, #KuttinZone, eyebrow place, Nailery & Fashion Tailors Boutique, only a few big name places left; #GameStop, #Sears, #BathAndBodyWorks, #FootLocker, #PayLessShoeSource, #Prato, #KayJewelers, #JacksonHewitt tax place. Maybe the #ChineseMassage place has odd hours. The #arcade is open. Only 1 place open in food court, but it smells like vomit. #Santa is still coming!

This is the worse mall experience I have ever had. This mall is a ghost town. Most of the stores have closed down, gone out of business or moved elsewhere. Even the nursing school "Merritt" has relocated. Now there is no business at all on an entire section of the mall. Fortunately there are competent and friendly security officers patrolling the almost completely empty mall.

This mall has unfortunately gone down hill these last 10 years or so. I remember taking my sons there at Christmas time to see Santa 20 years ago and the place was packed. The only anchor store left is Sears, which I still go to for shopping and automotive work, but there are only a handful of smaller stores left and NO food court at all! Its a shame.

This mall is completely dead! I remember it as a kid and it was always packed. Now its just falling apart and full of empty stores, I dont know why the few stores left even bother to stay there? There isnt even a food court left all of the places have closed down.
