What can be said about a shopping "strip" mall? It has a decent variety of shops but I think it is more important to talk about the ease of entering and exiting the parking lot. There is ample parking for all the shops. However, getting OUT of the parking lot is a pain. You are funneled to Summit Terrace Rd whether you want to make a left or right onto the Bypass. Making a right is not a problem. Making a left is where it is tricky. Depending on time of day, attempting to make a left onto the bypass takes a while. There is no dedicated left-turn signal and cars back up trying to make the left. Nevertheless, if you can avoid peak hours, it is a convenient location for quick trips or weekly grocery shopping.

There are a variety of higher end shops in this smaller strip type mall. Fantastic hair salon, Salon by Gregory. Hes a genius. There are some good food options here too.

This is our go-to marketplace from our house in Swan Point. Great Giant store, good SUBWAY, good pizza place/italian restaurant, good Jewish Deli plus a UPS store.
