DOWNHILL SLIDE! The quality of the stores is sliding into a pit! The place is like a foreign country! Im glad there are people that can speak English! Outside the mall it was a mound of trash overflowing from waste containers that greet you. The shoppers must be used to living in squalor and merely throwing their garbage on streets! DISGUSTING litter! Put up some signs in all languages! uggh! Food court is ok, the hot food bar at the entrance is atop pic! Great fresh choices. Otherwise the usual, nasty chicken gristle in mounds of rice passed off as Asian food. Pizza, and Nathans. The ladies toilet has a few stalls. theres a big line! Only decent bathroom in all the mall is in Lord and Taylors! But its tucked away so ask directions. Macys backstage is a messy flea market. You can find good buys but the chaos is upsetting, I blame the inconsiderate lacking in civility customers. Avoid weekends! masses of extended families with kids and baby carriages clogging the aisles and speaking in loud shrill voices. Seriously, start teaching basic manners at the borders! a C- at best! the 5 star reviews here must be PAID PROFESSIONALS!

I attempted to purchase several items at this Garage along with a gift card for my daughters friends birthday. The manager of the store rang me up and there was an error activating the gift card. She asked me to wait while she called customer service. I stood there for 20 minutes while she tried to figure out what went wrong. I finally got tired of waiting and asked her to just refund me. I didnt have all day to stand there. She unwound the transaction and we left the store with nothing. She said I would be refunded right away. Not true! The store never refunded me. So basically I made a donation to Garage. Im on hold now with customer service trying to get my money back. ...just spoke to manager who promised she is fixing it...tbc

This Mall has a number of large and small stores that I shop in for friends and family. I can get ideas here, or if I come armed with ideas, I can generally find items that Im searching for. Im not a fan of the kiosks in the middle, such as ones for hand are products. I felt like I had to purchase something, or Id never be able to leave, or finish my shopping. Because if that particular experience, I dont tend to go very often, and then only when I can only get what Im looking for there.

One of the best malls ever! Malls in New Jersey dont get much better than this. I guess its only a matter of opinion, but this mall is fantastic. Ive been going here ever since I was very, very young. I havent stopped going, and I never will! In fact I was there today! There are a lot of stores and a good variety at the food court. Although some of the places are a bit outdated (i.e. Pro Haircutters, Pet Pourri) I love them all regardless. Id never forget this place.

Pretty standard North Jersey mall. Some of the interior seems a little dated but its not terrible by any means. The mall is well attended and kept in good shape with the exception of some of the exterior parking lots which do not get repaved. Although the food court is not the largest, there are several places to eat in the smaller strip malls that surround Rockaway Townsquare. The movie theater cant be beat either.

The exterior to the main mall may not have changed much in the last 15 years, but the interior has. The variety of shops is good, and the play place for kids near the JCPenneys interior entrance always seems to be full of kids playing (and parents resting). The shops around the exterior are not quite walk-able as they require crossing a 4-lane road from the main mall. The AMC Theaters is pretty good.

I have been going to this mall since I was a little girl. The prices have always been better here than Willowbrook Mall and the selection of stores is varied enough to give a great selection. The food court is equally varied, with decent prices and good seating. Parking has never been an issue, even during the holidays.

The Rockaway Mall offers a huge amount of stores to choose from, from JC Penneys to Target. The mall is designed well and its easy to locate stores. Parking is plentiful. The food court has a good choice of eateries and outside the mall there are even more stores and restaurants.

Its a mall, its got stores. Pretty simple. It also has 2 game stops, that makes no sense, also there is another game stop in a plaza one tenth of a mile from there. There were 2 more gamestops within a mile but they closed. Gamestop is taking over the world, poorly.

Ive been coming to this mall for a long time, over 10 years. I like the selection of stores, the layout of the mall and the overall vibe. It can get very crowded on weekends, but its got a great movie theater and good food nearby. Its a perfectly good mall.

Just your average New Jersey mall but better than most Ive seen. It is very clean and organized. Theyre variety of stores is good; Macys, JCPenny, Sears, Lord & Taylor and more. Overall, is worth going to this mall, but with time youll get tired of it.

Shopping with kids are always painful but this place will be perfect to take kids as they have play area. My kids just love this place, you can spend quality time with your kids after shopping. The place has all the brands you would love to shop.

The only good things about this mall are the food court, the apple store, best buy, b dubs, and the movie theater, which not only has a digital imax but soon a dolby cinema at amc!!! Theres ample parking and is easy to get to by bus and train.

There are a wide variety of stores. I find it interesting that the mall seems to be trying to become an upscale place with such stores as Michael Kors and Sephora, even though the surrounding area doesnt seem like the ideal or target audience

This mall has all the right stores. The security services are amazing. I lost my wallet and they had it, they called my credit card company to call me and let me know it was in their possession! All my cash and credit cards were in place!

Rockaway Townsquare is my main mall that I go to. I is conveniently located off of Interstate 80. It is well anchored by JCPenney, Macys, Sears and Lord & Taylor. Simon Property Group the owners of this mall has made this mall great.

Very limited amount of bathrooms and they are usually dirty. There are multiple stores to choose from. There is a play area for small children. I have tried most of the restaurants and they are either average or below average.

Unlike some strip malls. It is a neighboring committee of stores, activities and business. Plenty of stores have easy access to restrooms and handicap needs. A variety of restraints and basic necessities with in a short distance.

Just a nice mall to frequent that is not terribly busy but has all the brand name stores. I would love if it had a Microsoft store and thats why I give it a 4. Food court is good enough but I feel like its always a bland feeling.
