Came in there as usual to buy the 128oz of acetone. Some lady claiming shes been there for 4 years telling me she cant sell me it because Im not a beauty professional?!? Then she goes and turns around and sells me the 16fl oz. When I asked her the legal reason why she cant sell me it and her answer was "its a chemical". Last time Im coming back there.

I am completely disgusted when I go into the store and are ignored for about ten minutes while the cashier talks to another customer about her jewelry business and then gives me false information. If you dont know the answer then say "I dont know" or find out the information! Dont give me false information.

Terrible, My gf went in there and nobody has a clue what there talking about and and one of the employees told her to end up bleaching her hair when it didnt need to be. Absolutely terrible and something needs to be done.
